Thank-you for the reminder why the world fails to get along - had almost forgotten the core reason.

Fwiw, I find the e-bracelets an excellent idea for travelers - especially those that make the choice to put themselves in harms way. Climbing Mount Everest, hiking wilderness areas etc would be 2 more good reasons. It would be great if we could rewind and put identifying bracelets on many of the current unidentified people - what a relief that would be for many families.

I think they're a great idea too. Similar to getting a pet chipped. All the information someone needs when you can't tell them yourself.

eta: I'm not suggesting they'll keep anyone safe and after last year it's obvious something should be done.
