i'm with you dripdrop. it doesn't make sense to call in the SWAT team for some pot and a stolen vehicle. that's just not normal. i thought SWAT was for riots, hostages, snipers, etc. either there is much more to this or they wanted to bring as much attention as possible to the situation. somebody had to tip off the media or how would they know to be there when the SWAT team pulled up and originally went to the door (at least that's the impression i got of the clip i saw on JVM). something just doesn't add up here.

I agree - I think they got a tip and it made what was going on in the home soulnd A LOT bigger than it really was. I believe LE has egg on it's face for acting on the tip.

I think this reporter has her names mixed up. LE has never said JO was the key. According to them, Misty's the key, not JO.

Exactly, I think its very obvious this is bad reporting.

I didn't see or hear anything about any federal charges. Where do these reporters dig up this carp?

Maybe it was the fictitious marijuana license.......
