It's 48 hours, or maybe 72 hours, that they can keep someone without charging them. After that they have to charge him or let him go. My bet is they charge him with something.

I share your pain, Mystic. I was just about to close the computer and go to bed. Hardly slept a wink last night and have to be up by 7am. I'll never get to sleep now. Hope you do, though.

I bet he was a known menace in the area to LE. Unlike the arrests of Tommy/Misty/Ron I doubt this one has any DIRECT link to the Haleigh Cummings case.

This is such a stupid move in his part. He was accused by two liars of murder, (Misty later retracted and said she "wasn't sure") and then he does this.

He has now been charged. One count of marijuana possession, a felony, $5,000 bond. One charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Tommy has already ratted him out many times, nothing panned out. How would Tommy being in jail in FLORIDA, since January have any info RE Joe's illegal activities in TN?

I'm not saying it isn't a possibility, just wondering if there is an explanation to your theory.
