I wonder why the Cox's haven't tried to get a family court to give them some visitation rights before now? I realize that GP's in Washington don't usually get special priveledges like that unless the parents allow it, but in this case, Susan can't represent herself since she is missing, and the only parent left is the man who is the number one suspect in her possible murder!
Even if odds are against them, I hope they will at least try. Josh and SP have shown some very troubling behaviors, and that should be considered.
Money is another problem. Custody and visitation battles are expensive! I am sure that there are plenty of people who are concerned for these boys who would be happy to contribute to a legal fund for the Coxes!
Does anyone know of any other reason why they might be hesitant to pursue a case for visitation? Do you think that they are afraid that doing so would anger the Powells so much that the boys would be in danger of being hidden or killed by JP or SP?
