Katie, I appreciate your observation in the courtroom. The rest of us out here are just beside ourselves. I think that you have grown close to the family and you are being positive for the right outcome. I love Juan Martinez but I see in other cases, and especially CA, that the jury always looks for a reason to let a person go free. It shocks me. I will be over the top happy if she is convicted of 1st degree murder and I believe JM has done an excellent job! BUT....the judge has not controlled the courtroom, she allowed JA to ramble and confuse the issues, to argue with the prosecutor, and JA's family to disrespect the victim and his family. There is NO justice in any of that. So...we will see. I have no doubt Juan's rebuttal will be fantastic and I think we all agree she is a menace, a predator and a killer. But we are not the jury. I am not confident in anything except my own opinion that I would convict her.
