i was so excited once Juan started he hit her hard! I was even more excited when I found the gas station she went to only sells GAS from 1am-6am so they cannot say she got something else.

did the jurors have that "perry mason moment" look as they left the courtroom?

Katieddj, Stacy, PASA and I all went to a nearby restaurant stopping all along the way kind of pinching ourselves that we got to see this. It was really something I can't even express it enough in writing. It was one of those where you just looked at the other person and they say back "I know!" without saying a word. It was like that.

We went and had drinks and snacks on the sidewalk cafe. PASA's hubby joined as well as Bill Dr. Drew's producer. We talked and talked and compared notes. Stacy and I both wrote "Perry Mason moment" at the same time in our notes. She's a doll by the way. Interestingly just out of curiosity, I asked her if she was LDS (just had ahunch) and she said yes so I kind of interviewed her on her take on the LDS representiation in this trial...and then on my way home heard Dr. Drew open his DDJ segment asking her those questions! Coinkidink! Ok I need to rest my fingers for a minute.

More on my fairly long talk with Beth on the sidewalk...did you see she wore our jewelery today? It looked amazing on her!!!

I'm pretty sure all of us who watch this live felt the EXACT same thing when JM stepped up and took over...We felt the Perry Mason build up coming! Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy Moment!!!!

Last night you mentioned having worries @ jury question #123, regarding Travis possibly dropping the camera, causing the delay in arriving at the closet. Where are you at with that today? Are the concerns resolved for you?

CEO, to me just looks pure pissed now. Maybe he's the one who knows GUNS. Nancy is drinking a Starbucks coffee...iced coffee drink. NOT a strawberry frappe.

Ponytail examining the split ends on her bangs as JA reads in slow motion again...tearful re: letters F HER!!!

I whsiper something to Jake and look up and the Judge is staring at me I think...oops!

I want to scream every time she says a word with a "k" sound at the end..that sharp crisp way she says it's like ..so affected. It makes me NUTS.

I also hate when she says Travis "passed away". NO, he was MURDERED I want to scream!

That irks me too, he didn't pass away!

Do you have a guess about who the engineer/accountant on he jury might be? I was really excited with Juan's sewing up the gas can debacle because I knew there was someone on thAt jury whose mind works the same way.

Did you detect any jubilence from the jury?

Was Judge Stehpens showing detectable irritation with Nurmi?

Do you detect any change in Jodi's mother's demeanor?

Did Juan wink or chat with you today?

This ending of the day was like the Superbowl and some other kind of major event I can't think of right now where your team hits it out of the park in an unexpected steal at the very end.

I walk out and immediately see PASA, Katie, Stacy and we all pile in an elevator all with the same feeling. We all are containing tIhis physical feeling of wanting to JUMP FOR JOY!!! We are all on the same page. This was just out of this world amazing the feelng we all had.

We walk out and some camera man wants to interview Katie..and Stacy too so while he is inteviewing K, we look around and STacy and I hold hands like two little girls and jump up and down in front of the court house. I had to..I was going nuts! I wanted to turn a cartwheel!

T's family comes out and we all get BIG HUGS> Samantha and Tanisha hug me so hard and have such huge smiles. This was like...I can't even describe it. We talk to them for a loonnnggg time in front of the courthouse. A few court nuts come around but we basically ignore them. I don't really post private conversations with the familiy but let me just say there were hugs and smiles ALL around and we agreed this was a huge game changer today. What a way to go in to this long weekend! For the family, us and the JURY!!!

My question actually relates to Travis' family. Juan Martinez has not gotten great "reviews" from the TH's, especially fellow attorneys. I think most of them are just plain old jealous. (You KNOW what a big JM fan I am.)

How does Travis' family seem to feel about him and his style? I know you don't want to go into details about conversations with them, but I'm just wondering, in general, do they seem happy with the way JM is speaking for them AND for Travis?

I was worried a little myself when he only got up there with only about 45 minutes left. But, BOY, he sure did make the most of every moment! Impressive, that man is! Positively ELECTRIC! Even on a streaming laptop!

Did anyone catch her slip about "TAs EGO" then quickly change statement?

Was there furious note taking when she said " I didn't feel fear I mean anger"?

Was it obvious to JURY 3rd has can that she specifically lost/tossed receipt but obvious on statement??

Katie, what a wonderful day! Sooooooo happy for Travis' family! I love seeing their faces pick up like that.

Question: Do you think the jury gets that something is going on with this Matt guy, since Martinez keeps bringing him up? Is that the sense you get from the note taking? Just curious.

A couple years ago, my Dallas Mavericks won the championship. The feeling I had today watching JM completely nail her on the 3rd gas can rivals the feeling I had when they won. It was an epic moment.

Hi Katie-- i just want to offer my heartfelt sadness for Jake Orbin. I saw the story a few years ago about the murder of his dad by that monstrous witch, definitely one of the worst in the annals of murder. My heart breaks for him.

It was Jake's brother Jay who was murdered, dismemberd etc. He is raising his nephew now who was his brother (and the murderer's son). He is really nice...he's gregarious, wears his heart on his sleeve and despises Kirk Nurmi.

The last 1/2 hour of court today with Juan up was Amazing. My heart was just beating so fast. I don't think Numi's defense experts have a snowballs chance in Hello to turn this around.

To me they looked less stressed and relieved I'm sure to have this long break now. That's the best I could see. They file out quickly.
