i was so excited once Juan started he hit her hard! I was even more excited when I found the gas station she went to only sells GAS from 1am-6am so they cannot say she got something else.

did the jurors have that "perry mason moment" look as they left the courtroom?

Katie and PASA, wow... what an afternoon! How exciting that Mr PASA was able to join you all. I have to tell you girls (and you'll see for yourself when you watch the testimony again later) that the overall look and demeanor of JA is nothing I have seen before- in this entire trial. She KNOWS the jig is up.

It was amazing and this is nothing, I am convinced, compared to what Juan has for rebuttal. I do, however, think that this cross of juror questions will have a distinct and separate element to anything else in the trial. The jury is asking for clarification and she is (IMO) lying TO THEM DIRECTLY! I think jurors should be allowed to ask questions in every state!

Wilmont and Nurmi looked pretty shocked when the 2 bank accounts were mentioned by Juan. were you able to see that?
Did you notice Jodi's demeanor when court ended?

I need to see that now on my TV as I was transfixed on Juan and can't see their faces anyway but Anita told me it was amazing their shock.

Ya know..she always seems to me...sociopathic..she didn't seem that ruffled to me. Who knows maybe she thinks she did a good job. Demon.

Do you have any concerns about potential holdouts? You've indicated the men are lost, but how are you seeing the women?

Last night you mentioned having worries @ jury question #123, regarding Travis possibly dropping the camera, causing the delay in arriving at the closet. Where are you at with that today? Are the concerns resolved for you?

I am not worried about any single juror or this jury at all.

THey will convict this demon and sentence her to death.

Do you have a guess about who the engineer/accountant on he jury might be? I was really excited with Juan's sewing up the gas can debacle because I knew there was someone on thAt jury whose mind works the same way.

Did you detect any jubilence from the jury?

Was Judge Stehpens showing detectable irritation with Nurmi?

Do you detect any change in Jodi's mother's demeanor?

Did Juan wink or chat with you today?

Maybe just jubilance to get out for the long weekend. I did notice a change when Juan got up. The entire energy of the whole courtroom changes, period. Jurors, everyone.

No irritation from the Judge.

No change in Jodi's mom that I could see.

No winks or chats today. But I tell you what, I resisted a serious urge to stand up at the end and give him a standing ovation. I seriously felt this in my body with every cell. Like it would have been a natural response to this kind of brilliance. I wasn't the only one feeling this way either. I can't impress the energy of his entire last half hour in there.

I really think Nurmi's intention was to do just that, but he just couldn't and was forced to turn it over to J-Mart. This will really give them something to think about for the next 5 days.

You may want to check with Katie DDJ tonight they have video from Medfords where TA tells mugging story BUT tonight they compared it to JAs 48Hours "Ninja" lies and they are eerily similar.. idk JM may already have it but I know there was court motion for other video on HLN...

I have enjoyed reading your posts,thank you so much for all you have done for us here sharing it all. Do you have the feeling the Jury ?'s were rubbing nose in her lies or an F U to her?

I felt like many of their questions were more like statements than a sincere desire for info.

Did anyone catch her slip about "TAs EGO" then quickly change statement?

I missed that myself!

Was there furious note taking when she said " I didn't feel fear I mean anger"?

didn't notice that specifically was just there for the afternoon though.

Was it obvious to JURY 3rd has can that she specifically lost/tossed receipt but obvious on statement??

YES it was obvious to EVERYONE...he was masterful in his presentation of this. It was like watching an Olympic athlete at his peak. Seriously!


Ok so you think Matt flipped State witness over magazine code & coming in to "betray her" I mean testify for the State??

I know something on this I can't' share. Not sure he will come in for either side.

I get so annoyed that I holler at the TV when the talking heads STILL claim they're concerned about the jury bonding more with JA the longer she's on the stand. It's obvious to me that the more she yaps her herpes-infected mouth the more they despise her.

Dr. Drew's Katie mentioned the group meeting afterwards comparing notes and I thought of you.

you're right. Her lying directly TO them is what will give her a free pass straight to death row. They were OVER IT.

I was watching Nurmi drone on and on today and doing other things, zoning out mainly. He's like a sloth, honestly. Then I heard Juan's voice and I sat up put my magazine down and became alert. I was so happy he came to the rescue.
