Hmmmm...good question. As I think he has all the males in his pocket..well let's say who I'd keep. My Fabulous 4 on the back row--CPA, Wrestler, Neil, Poquito. Then on the front CEO and Paul Rudd..that is 6.

Then I'll go with The ARtist. that's 7

Oh and Donald Trump. that's 8

For the ladies I"ll pick Juror 1, Barb, Nancy and Ponytail.

There's my fantasy jury for today. And CEO is my foreperson.

One final note for tonite (maybe lol). It was kind of a mystery to all of us why Nurmi passed the ball for the last few remaining minutes to Martinez at the end of the day. It was odd, not expected. Almost like he was doing an intentional fumble. Did it read like that to the rest of you?

With his slow motion Nurmambic Pentameter he surely could have nurmed up a few more slow drawn out questions but he kind of quickly ended up and tossed it to Juan. WHy I wonder?

Beth thought it was maybe cuz he wants all his experts together for a 4 day stretch. But that means 2 full days next week of....Juan crossing these jury questions? (ok that would send me in to some kind of pop rock heaven if you get my drift) But...anyway, kind of an unsolved mystery.

I felt the same way, but THEN I thought maybe Nurmi thought JM thought the same thing. (Boy. I'm starting to think in circles. Been watching JA on the stand way too long.)

My best theory was that, perhaps, the DT thought it would throw JM would be off his game? That he might just ask to adjourn for the long weekend since it was only 45 minutes? OR, if he did ask a few questions, they wouldn't be that substantial since JM hadn't anticipated getting that opportunity? I, for one, didn't think he was getting up there...

If that WAS the DT's thinking, it backfired big time. :twocents:

Posted this when it happened this am, so you probably didn't see it: was there a reaction in the courtroom/jury at all when Arias said Travis had told her he'd seen signs from God he was supposed to marry Mimi? To me, it was BOMBSHELL TONIGHT--there's the motive. He was really going to move on and she couldn't take it. What do you think?

PS-Totally intrigued by you saying you know something you can't share about MM...Juan keeps dropping little breadcrumbs about it...he's going somewhere, I just know it! :rocker:

Talk to Katie and a few others on the break..apparently some real drama in the hall with the public observers..it's a real nut factory of people out there. I feel bad for the normal ones like Katie, Pasa, Stacy.

I had my hair in a high ponytail, behind the family, black glasses, black outfit w/ a turquoise sweater over it.

Could one of those Perry Mason moments be a text or email from Travis to Jodi telling her off and the "tell all" as to why he wants nothing to do with her? RE: Motive Or maybe she stole his money then deposited it in Salt Lake Bank??

Juan Martinez was nothing short of masterful today. I thought my heart would beat out of my chest; non-stop surges of adrenaline! It's a rare privilege to watch someone like him do what they do. I cannot imagine how that must've felt in the courtroom..

Maybe it was the only way he could get Nurmi's horror of a client to STFU. She babbling and fabricating again. IMO, it would have been more of a mistake to allow her to ramble like that.

There was a side bar/approach I think before last break... Nurmi has going thru Bobby stuff the journey entries when they went to bench it looked Judge Stephens was reamin Nurmi big time.. went to break then seemed like couple more questions he was done. We all felt like Come On Nurmi how many Groundhog Days then bench then boom boom boom Here's Juan...

yes they all sit in the jury box at the same time and the alternates will be drawn in a random lottery at the end of the trial before deliberatins.

This ending of the day was like the Superbowl and some other kind of major event I can't think of right now where your team hits it out of the park in an unexpected steal at the very end.

I walk out and immediately see PASA, Katie, Stacy and we all pile in an elevator all with the same feeling. We all are containing tIhis physical feeling of wanting to JUMP FOR JOY!!! We are all on the same page. This was just out of this world amazing the feelng we all had.

We walk out and some camera man wants to interview Katie..and Stacy too so while he is inteviewing K, we look around and STacy and I hold hands like two little girls and jump up and down in front of the court house. I had to..I was going nuts! I wanted to turn a cartwheel!

T's family comes out and we all get BIG HUGS> Samantha and Tanisha hug me so hard and have such huge smiles. This was like...I can't even describe it. We talk to them for a loonnnggg time in front of the courthouse. A few court nuts come around but we basically ignore them. I don't really post private conversations with the familiy but let me just say there were hugs and smiles ALL around and we agreed this was a huge game changer today. What a way to go in to this long weekend! For the family, us and the JURY!!!

When I read this about Samantha & Tanisha I started bawling! God bless them, I can't even begin to imagine what they've been through with this demonic THING in their presence..
