Well, our good Dr. <mod snip> did drag his luggage through some metaphorical upchuck prior to actualizing it for everyone - messy messy to go dragging wheels through it spreading it along the floor (no longer a spiffyquick cleanup)... and quite boorish and impolite, I might add!

Why did he do that??? I gather it was pretty visible... just pick up your bag of garbage and step over.. but in reality... he got what he deserved.

Could it have something to do with the stab wounds and the entrance to TA's body? A Ninja would most likely be right handed, but her supposedly being left handed, she couldn't have inflicted the wounds? Who the heck knows!

Did you notice if anyone submitted a question after Dick testified she was covered in blood when she left Travis's house?

Maybe the judge will allow him to refer to his notes to refresh his memory if he is asked any questions in this very important area.

I have a question for anyone who has a part in their hair. If you part your hair on the right side, do you ever part it on the left side? Anytime I ever tried to do this, my roots?, hair follicles?, or head got sore.

I noticed something today, so looked into it. When Jodie sat at the DT the day they were showing the pics of the crime scene, Jodie's hair was parted on the right side, so her hair could fall forward and hide her face from the jury. When Jodie is on the witness stand, she parted her hair on the left side, so her hair could fall forward and hide her face from the jury. Wish her hair would all fall out so she would stop all these little tricks to hide from the jury.

Yes. My bangs are chin length and cut into a V shape so that my hair parts to the right and left. I have no preference.

I got out of a court hearing today at 4:45 and decided to stop by the Happy Hour for a bit. Had a wonderful talk with some Travis friends, Katie DDJ, KCL, PASA, justiceBserved, and others. Happy hour was fun, but it sounded like the court day was a bit of a snooze except for the puking incident lol.

Thoughts explored during happy hour:

--We hope a juror asks Dr. S if it is possible to get PTSD/amnesia from planning a cold-blooded murder and actually carrying it out, particularly if the gun jams or for some other reason the murder turns out to be a lot more bloody and horrible than you had anticipated from watching movies.

--Self-defense requires that the defendant reasonably believed deadly force was necessary. Jodi never testified that she believed deadly force was necessary. In fact, she testified that she had no intention of shooting him--the gun went off by accident. And she can't recall ever reaching any decision that he needed to be stabbed. Seems like she's switched over from self-defense to manslaughter.

--Assuming that Jodi was 100% telling the truth (lol), then it appears that after she accidentally shot Travis in the head, he was still walking, lunging, speaking in complete sentences except for dropping one pronoun, etc. It was a medical miracle. So at that point, having nevertheless harmed him sufficiently to allow her fully-dressed self to run past his slippery naked self and out the front door, she should have called 911 on the front lawn and obtained medical help for him.

Oh wait. I forgot. She didn't realize he'd been shot, because there was no blood, right?

AZ lawyer, thank you! This post is good. I love that question to the jury. It would be perfect if worded just that way!

He did it in accident..didnt know it was in the hall as he zipped out the door. As Julie said "wheels up!" Poor guy...not good
