I still think that was LE''s way of getting to BG, letting them know they had found the A_shots (and others) account and making a public announcement there was some form of SM exchange after all. Sort of a 'tickling the wire' kind of move.

If you were to see the sketch person YBG from 50 yards (RA was on the first platform of MHB) with his beanie hat on, I believe it could pass for RA, especially when at the time he was much slimmer and younger looking. I look forward to BB's actual testimony at trial instead of the FM version.

I agree. Even his mouth looks pretty much the same. There’s also a very close resemblance to the full body shot of him from the video on the bridge. I don't think there will be a problem convincing the jury that his physical appearance matches the video and LE posters.

A ringer for sure, especially when you consider how short RA is. One of the young female witnesses said in the PCA he was short, no more than 5 10". That's unusual that a kid that passed him for mere seconds noticed how 'short' he was.

Yes, add that contextual information to the video and poster and its a slam dunk. Include his confessions, his admission to being there that day, car on video, etc. and the rest of the evidence.

Plus sketches aren't photographs. They're representations of memory and impression.

Expecting it to be identical isn't realistic.

Pretty impressive recall IMO. Witnesses did well.

We know Click testified that once FBI agent Ferency was murdered by that Corrections officer, he no longer worked on the Delphi case. I don’t recall if he gave a explanation further than the murder? That was July/2021

I believe in the FM (see edit below) there is mention that DC asked the FBI to step away from the case in 2021 over conflict over investigation strategies. We know the FBI via TC was into the 3rd party suspects and the UC was IMO refusing investigate them. There’s depositions with TL where he says he had no idea the FBI was ever asked to leave the case but that seems to be par for the course in the depos. Everyone’s just stunned.
(Edit: page 10 footnote, in their depos JH says that DC kicked FBI out 2021 due to conflicts, TL says he had no idea that happened)

IMO I wonder if the FBI actually did withdraw themselves from investigating the case entirely and I wonder if we will see FBI agents testify at trial and for which side. There was another agent who penned the RL PCA back in 2017, so I also wonder how long she stayed on the case and continued investigating.

Just because they aren't physically in office in Delphi does not remove them from the case.

Agent Robertson works for the FBI’s (very broad) department of “Violent Crimes Against Children”. IIRC, she was from the Chicago area. She is the one that wrote up the docs on RL.

JMO-- They have been very active in assisting and supporting all along.

Yes and it also could have been a bit differently done, if true that Abby's clothes had no blood, that she was killed undressed and RA redressed her. You'd think though he'd have left his DNA if that occured. Maybe he did have something that he doused the bodies with? Just more thoughts.

I totally agree with you 110% on RA directing those poor girls with the gun. It would have been easy to do, they were young and scared. I bet even most of us would have done the same in those circumstances.

I always keep in mind that the information that Abby was redressed in Libby's clothes, which were dry and had no blood on them comes from the Defense's FM. They also said Libby's phone was found under Abby.

Not true according to the PCA, the phone was found under Libby's body. The exploitive and inhumane way they included that step by gruesome step CS section in the Franks memo is the day my disdain began to grow for Rizzo and Baldwin exponentially.

The FBI, there were a lot of them in the area before the Delphi murders and I'm sure there continued to be afterwards. There may have been some that were squeezed out of the case for many different reasons. One of those could have involved KAK, who was left out in the community long after he was originally flagged by FBI. With the Delphi murders happening while tentacles of CSAM were being discovered and investigated, secrets were kept. I don't suppose local and state LE appreciated that much and conflicts of personnel happened. That doesn't mean the whole FBI help with forensics, profiling etc ceased. AJMO

IMO regardless of their involvement in the murders, we can’t deny that people with direct connections to the victims were very loud and proud odinists. Anyone can do a quick google search and see for themselves.

I would like to know when FBI became uninvolved, and who caused it. MOO - I believe that continuation of FBI involvement would have benefited the case. But, J. Abbott retired in February of 2018. In 2021, when he was meeting with Doug Carter, Daily Mail was writing exposes about the case.
Again, all I am questioning is merely the astuteness of Doug Carter. JMO.

I am not understanding the statement of "who caused it.,".

I tend to lean towards the possibility that crimes against children would bring in an offer of help from the FBI.

We know the FBI was involved in investigating the 3rd party culprits via the task force with Click who investigated up until Ferency was murdered July 2021 (Odin Report). JH comes up with some story that the FBI was kicked off by DC in 2021 but TL says he didn’t know FBI ever left the case,so where did JHs story come from?

(ETA: I wonder if this story told by JH is the excuse as to why the FBI and their resources weren’t included in the RA investigation.)

Video - probably.

Their posters...unveiling of YBG, generated a lot of "side to side" comparisons on the Internet and probably a slew of tips. The really valuable ones could have drowned because 1) they didn't fit the psychological portrait that LEO have made; 2) because people manning the tip lines were too tired.

To even visualize Richard Allen directing their movements is terrifying. I agree that gun was used from the point of abduction to the final resting area. Not all agree with my opinion, but that's OK, I think the unspent bullet is huge.

The defense wants that search warrant evidence thrown out. I hope prints or DNA can be pulled from the found unspent round. I hope when loading the gun there was some type of evidence left on the unspent round, simply by loading it. Since the bullet was never fired, it could increase the chance of leaving DNA/Prints. Either way, LE believes that unspent round matches Richard Allen's gun.

One can also believe this unspent round while be a topic during jury deliberation. With the Hoosier camera, several witnesses, Richard Allen's vehicle contributing to the timeline of arrival and departing it would be hard to dismiss the round. I can see the prosecutor systematically tracing the path Richard Allen walked by eye witnesses.
