Casey says, “the b!tch knows what it feels like now,” referring to her mother, Cindy.

Yes, a real sweetheart.

The point was she lies..

Yes, I noticed that too. Almost as if someone bit down on it.

If those turn out to be bite marks then the DP alone is too good for KC- she should be hung drawn and quartered.
I had not noticed those marks before. I am so appalled I don't think I can write any more for a while. If it is so it will haunt anyone who cared about Caylee.

I dont believe anything they say as they lie continually. So I wont choose which statements are truthful and which are not based on my needs to make my point, I just view them as liars. As far as George's testimony I have no idea what he said or didnt I can assume that what he said made a difference but I have no knowledge of what was said.

Shirley Plesea has not lied, nor has she had a history of lying to LE.

You're correct on the rest of the Anthony's though, they are all liars, but where the truth shows itself amongst their lies is when others also see Casey's jealousy over Caylee, when others have seen and taken note of Casey's hatred for Cindy and the spite that ensues thereafter.

In fact, the average reader of the documents can see it, as well as we can see it on the jail videos with the interaction between Casey and her parents. Casey's total unloving concern for Caylee is also very apparent. It is also very apparent in Casey's jail letters to RA. Casey not only speaks of the dissension with Cindy, but also worries much more about herself, worries much more about "missing lunch", than she worries about Caylee.

As for George's testimony to the Grand Jury, it is obvious he testified against his own daughter Casey simply based on his hours of statements to the FBI where he really lets loose on what a horrible daughter he has in Casey.

Well that means the Supreme Court won't buy it, but that does not mean the jury won't buy it. And what if it were true? I mean what if that really happened? What if panic set in? Not for Kc, but for anyone? Why can we not be allowed to be human and make mistakes without being charged with premedidated murder? What cant we just be charged with stupidity or bad reaction, or neglegence.

Charged for stupidity, bad reaction or neglegence SERIOUSLY!!!! I think the evidence in this case will prove that KC intentionally murdered Caylee. The defense team thinks if they bring on a high powered attorney like CM he will perform magic. Even CM can't make the 31 days go away.

The more I think about the duct tape, the more I can't make it "fit" with an accident scenario. Why bother trying to stop decomp leakage/insects from specific orifices only, when you are wrapping the entire body in plastic bags and a waterproof laundry bag anyway???

And am I the only one who thinks the duct tape looks like it was chewed on from the inside?

short answer.......nope!

The point was she lies..

The point is I call my mother, MOM. My children have names, not one of them is "SNOTHEAD". First thing pops into my head when I hear people call their children inappropriate names is "detachment". That's not up there as one of the qualification for "Mother of the Year". JMO

I think it's important to make distinctions as to WHEN people said what about KC.

Many of the derogatory remarks about her and her behavior were made before Caylee disappeared - when nobody had an ulterior motive or agenda.

Any remarks about what kind of mother KC was or was not AFTER she was arrested bear comparing to any remarks made BEFORE, when people were likely more truthful because her future as a convicted criminal was not at issue.

Now thats a good point thank you..

But my comment was just about the lying..

Casey says, “the b!tch knows what it feels like now,” referring to her mother, Cindy.

Yes, a real sweetheart.

And out of all the unloving statements made in her jail letters about Caylee, this one was absolutely the most glaring one of all to me.

In fact, it only reiterates Shirley Plesea's statement to LE. For a great-grandmother to actually make such a statement is enormous.

Shirley is someone who had frequent contact with Cindy, Casey and Caylee, as well as emails from Cindy, updating Shirley on the everyday life, the history of what transpired in the Anthony household long before Caylee's murder.

For Shirley to know there was a history of jealousy and hatred between Cindy and Casey over Caylee will impact that jury in a huge way.

What did they lie about? Be specific please? thanks

Well we can start with why KC went to JB's office everyday to work on her defense. KC, and her backpack went to JB's office to sell photo's of her dead daughter. I think the amount was $ 200,000.00 which is still unaccounted for in full. Oh yeah, and she did say how JB would order in lunch for her, and the crew. Can't wait to see the ledger showing where JB spent all that money.

I was refferring to what Kc told police and not what Lp says that TMc says
that someone else says that she said. Oh yeah, Ga was in their too.
People should stop putting words in Kc mouth, because it wont fly at trial.
From the letters it sounds like Kc does not believe Zanny is the perp. She has never said so either. She has only said that she dropped off Caylee at the steps at Sawgrass apts.

The Jury will be made up of people just like Ws I disagree somewhat.
I doubt the general public is on the same level as ws 'r doubt a Ws'r would even qualify to be on the jury. Furthermore, in the gulty not guilty thread, the not guilty made up for 11 percent. That is a hung Jury IMO

BBM

Lee also said that KC gave him the whole "Zanny knocked me down at JB Park" story while out on bond, including physically "acting out" how Zanny pushed her.

And Lee "believes every thing my sister tells me".

Absolutely. Bet there is not one "Bibity Bobity Boo" in Mr. CM's sack of tricks. jmo

Thanks, LC. I didn't mean the edge--I meant the part in the middle, where the fabric backing of the duct tape isd all scrunched together but the outside of the tape is essentially undamaged.

Thank you for clarifying that, and yes, the marks are certainly there, which is undoubtedly why Jeff Ashton brilliantly presented the statements during the hearing about the duct tape being applied over Caylee's breathing passages while she was still alive.

It also further defines the charge of premeditation.

IIRC, all of the previous threads have been set up to try to find evidence that this was not an accident. Thanks to the many good minds here, I can't think of any avenue that hasn't been covered.

Since this thread is not required to hold to the same rules as a court trial, would it be helpful to try something a little different? Why don't those who believe that an accident is possibly the cause be the ones to show what evidence they think points to that? Is there even anything?

But my comment was just about the lying..

Oooppps. Sorry nort, guess I was ready both the quote and your post and read too much into the comments. So you are saying CA's lies. Apparently it's running rampid throughout the whole family.

She also said she was a wonderful mother that could never hurt her child..so she has two opinions..

Yes she did right after her daughter was POI in Caylee's murder. Let's go back to before KC murdered Caylee. CA was going to try, and get custody because KC was a wonderful mother. Does that make any sense to you?

btw....GREAT THREAD!! Good reading, lots of good points being made in support of both sides of the argument.

I don't have much to contribute except - IF it were an accident, any normal person (not being snide) would show some evidence of grief...intentionally or not. No one - not TL, AH, RC, etc...Not a single soul testified they saw anything that remotely indicated grief or fear. Just partying, getting tattoos espousing a 'beautiful life', mani & pedis, shopping at Target on her 'friend's' dime.... Someone show me somewhere...anywhere...she had some conciousness of grief during those 31 days. Or even afterwards.

Oh I think I have one. JB said KC was "innocent". You are not innocent if you have lost your child. If I remember right there was also that not guilty plea for the checks.

Well gosh, that is just opinion. Thanks

The ONLY point was that they lie do you disagree with that?

She HAD a chance to come clean. She put herself where she is by lying about a nanny/abduction/dropping Caylee off at a vacant apartment, and so on. Anything she gets from now on is well deserved, considering the thousands of people who wasted time searching for Caylee when they could have been looking for other missing children whose parents really did not know where they were. Sad

How do you know for a fact that she is not telling the truth? Other than speculation that she has lied about everything.
