The information in the 400+ page release is discovery or evidence LE has that pertains to the current charges only. Any evidence they have related to a possible homicide charge has not, nor will be released until it is required as discovery for her defense counsel. .

Exactly. And look how much the 400 pages didn't contain:

Detailed interviews with George, Cindy, Lee, JG (we got their written statements only). Follow up interviews/questions (you know that people had to be questioned more than once in a case as weird as this. Cell phone records, detailed Myspace and Facebook comments, on and on and on.

And that's only what we think of. Who the heck knows what else some of the above may have led them to uncover?

I have not had such confidence in the ability of a team of investigators as I have in this case in a long, long time. They are under a lot of pressure, a lot of scrutiny, and are handling themselves properly, professionally, and doing it well. I can't wait to see the stuff we don't know come out in a court of law.

Thank you for posting this. really gave more details about fridays change of events......if sources are correct...she has more than one felony and faces up to 17 years. Thats pretty significant. Not that she's get or serve all that time. But wow!!

This is still an ONGOING investigation with a deal on the table. This is not yet trial prep, and we are quoting LE, not the prosecutor. WHEN she is charged they will speak in 100% absolutes. Until then, "indicate" "probability" etc will be used. Those terms best suit THEIR case against HER. They are NOT aiding the defense. They are being smart.

They still want her to talk! They want a body and a confession. They are not going to be heavy handed with the absolutes when there is a deal on the table, and no formal charges yet. They still want her to work with them.

Please remember, what they believe behind closed doors and in briefing meetings is likely different/skewed/filtered than what they put out to the media.

Then we argree to disagree. They are contridicting themselves and what they say can be used against them especially if the current foresensics is all they ever come up with.

Well good, I hope they do have lots of evidence. SHE IS GUILTY, most of us know that, but that doesn't prove anything.
