I've been reading and watching for a while, but i express now condolences for all of Caylees friends, because for me, her family betrayed her trust and continue to live in the state of De Nial!! May the Archangels hold you close and keep you safe from now on little one. Rest in Peace little Cherub xx

This is implying that another person is missing and dead.
This impl;ies that another family has a person who was killed.

Can't assume it is another body/person.
I have not seen any missing person's report during this time period.
Show me the missing person with longer dark hair..

who could have ended up in that car trunk and placed there by Casey or one of her pals.

So lets then be looking for a missing person.
From June- July

Anybody want to start listing anybody here?

let's start now.

I actually do not have one.

The only other person who died from that time period was a lady named Tia but she was found then died.
She was from Florida also.
She was found on the road by those Newspaper guys delivering papers early am.
Last words were:
"Friends'
when the guy asked her who she was with.
She was dragged by an auto all over the road resulting in an ear being ripped off.
Last seen working at a bar.

That is the only other case I am aware of...

Oh God this poor woman!! I havent heard this until now .

She was trying to relay that it was "friends' who did this?

Also, I agree LE is toying with Casey to get her to talk-- I don't think she will. Im still so creep'd out about those e mails she sent the 12 yr old-- its easy to tell she' can easily present a facade "I LOVE YOU" , MAYBE YOU CAN SPEND THE NIGHT SOMETIME"--- Casey's mentality there sounds like a 12 yr old-- boy her friends have really turn their back on her ( dont blame them! ) shes grapsing for 'friends' anywhere --anyone who will offer HER sympathy.

I believe Caylee is dead--- LE knows this but they need her to talk to wrap things up---- Don't believe she will.

 True Bean! He is not obligated under the privalage to reveal anything.

I wholeheartedly disagree . A defense attorney can absolutely put on a not guilty defense for a client he knows is guilty. The burden is on the state to prove the case and a good defense attorney will challenge the state to do exactly that. What an attorney cannot do is put his client on the stand when he knows he will perjure himself by saying he did not commit the crime.
This is SOP.

I agree with being cautious here.

This Orlando Sentinel piece (http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2008/08/second-tv-stati.html) carries the headline, “Second TV Station Reports that Caylee Anthony is Dead” stating WESH-Channel 2 joined WFTV-Channel 9 in reporting that the little girl is dead.

The headlines are saying Caylee is dead, but the quotes from the investigator don’t seem to back that up 100%.

From the Sentinel story,

"For the first time, in a one-on-one interview, the lead detective on the case told us the lab reports indicate Caylee is dead," WESH reporter Bob Kealing said.
"The information that we got back from the FBI lab indicating that she was in the trunk of that car and that she's dead certainly is information we take very seriously," Sgt. John Allen of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said on camera.

I’m only seeing where “sources” are confirming anything.

WFTV anchor Martie Salt on Wednesday said: "Sources tell Channel 9 that preliminary scientific test results show that Caylee Anthony was in her mother's trunk and that she was dead. We're the first to break that information."

Am I missing something? Are there stories out there quoting Sgt. Allen, the FBI, or any other investigator as saying they have results that confirm Caylee is dead and was in the trunk?

There is a HUGE difference between indicate and confirm – especially in a court of law. I am confident that Caylee is unfortunately dead and that her body was in Casey’s trunk. But sources and indications won’t do anything to snap the Anthony’s into reality or get Casey to talk.

My guess is that they say that because they do not have the body yet. If the body is recovered, they can confirm it. In my opinion the word "indicate" means that it is just one step away from confirmed.

Indicate:

4.to state or express, esp. briefly or in a general way; signal: He indicated his disapproval but did not go into detail. 5.Medicine/Medical. a.(of symptoms) to point out (a particular remedy, treatment, etc.) as suitable or necessary. b.to show the presence of (a condition, infection, etc.).

I don't think any of the definitions of "indicate" have a connotation of doubt or uncertainty.

SUR: LE is playing with peoples emotions trying to get Casey to confess.

NO. It's BEEN CONFIRMED and Police have GONE ON RECORD to state that the FBI DNA tests, and results of "the body farm" (previously leaked, now confirmed) are accurate and they are looking for a dead body.

The local6 report is the ONLY news source that is reporting that UNNAMED deputies aren't willing to confirm.

2) WFTV-Channel 9 on Wednesday reported that the child was dead. WFTV promoted that coverage in an early evening newscast Sunday. WFTV also offered Allen on camera saying, "There was a dead body in the trunk of Casey's car and that body was Caylee."
3) WOFL-Channel 35 reported that Sgt. Allen would say, off camera, that the evidence suggests Caylee's dead body was in the car.

What will happen when the defense team says they cannot find an impartial jury because of the media surrounding this case? I'm sure they'll not dismiss the murder charges but can they take it outside of FLA? This has not made for a good Labor Day Weekend for everyone - I have to take off my hat to all of LE for laboring 24-7 on behalf of Caylee and justice.

While I do believe the results are in and they confirm the worst, your post is not entirely accurate.
The Orlando Sentinel is also posting some conflicting news from Allen right within their own article:

>>"We clearly have evidence that indicates that there was a dead body in the trunk of Casey's car, and that that body was Caylee," Allen told WFTV-Channel 9 in an interview that aired Sunday evening.Allen told the Orlando Sentinel Sunday night that the evidence suggests that the body in the back of the car was "likely to be Caylee." He would not disclose the type of evidence that was returned from the federal lab and would not confirm whether the child was dead.<<

ETA: But in the same article he also says:

>>We clearly have evidence that indicates that there was a dead body in the trunk of Casey's car, and that that body was Caylee," Allen told WFTV-Channel 9 in an interview that aired Sunday evening.<<

So it certainly is ambiguous.

semantics. watching how he says things for the trial. or shoddy reporting by the sentinal. he's confirmed it in this sentence.

OH I added quote that while you were posting. I think it leads to confusion for some.

I think you are going to see Murder 1 charges against Casey tomorrow
