This is implying that another person is missing and dead.
This impl;ies that another family has a person who was killed.
Can't assume it is another body/person.
I have not seen any missing person's report during this time period.
Show me the missing person with longer dark hair..
who could have ended up in that car trunk and placed there by Casey or one of her pals.
So lets then be looking for a missing person.
From June- July
Anybody want to start listing anybody here?
let's start now.
I actually do not have one.
The only other person who died from that time period was a lady named Tia but she was found then died.
She was from Florida also.
She was found on the road by those Newspaper guys delivering papers early am.
Last words were:
"Friends'
when the guy asked her who she was with.
She was dragged by an auto all over the road resulting in an ear being ripped off.
Last seen working at a bar.
That is the only other case I am aware of...
I wholeheartedly disagree . A defense attorney can absolutely put on a not guilty defense for a client he knows is guilty. The burden is on the state to prove the case and a good defense attorney will challenge the state to do exactly that. What an attorney cannot do is put his client on the stand when he knows he will perjure himself by saying he did not commit the crime.
This is SOP.
I agree with being cautious here.
This Orlando Sentinel piece (http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2008/08/second-tv-stati.html) carries the headline, Second TV Station Reports that Caylee Anthony is Dead stating WESH-Channel 2 joined WFTV-Channel 9 in reporting that the little girl is dead.
The headlines are saying Caylee is dead, but the quotes from the investigator dont seem to back that up 100%.
From the Sentinel story,
"For the first time, in a one-on-one interview, the lead detective on the case told us the lab reports indicate Caylee is dead," WESH reporter Bob Kealing said.
"The information that we got back from the FBI lab indicating that she was in the trunk of that car and that she's dead certainly is information we take very seriously," Sgt. John Allen of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said on camera.
Im only seeing where sources are confirming anything.
WFTV anchor Martie Salt on Wednesday said: "Sources tell Channel 9 that preliminary scientific test results show that Caylee Anthony was in her mother's trunk and that she was dead. We're the first to break that information."
Am I missing something? Are there stories out there quoting Sgt. Allen, the FBI, or any other investigator as saying they have results that confirm Caylee is dead and was in the trunk?
There is a HUGE difference between indicate and confirm especially in a court of law. I am confident that Caylee is unfortunately dead and that her body was in Caseys trunk. But sources and indications wont do anything to snap the Anthonys into reality or get Casey to talk.

SUR: LE is playing with peoples emotions trying to get Casey to confess.
While I do believe the results are in and they confirm the worst, your post is not entirely accurate.NO. It's BEEN CONFIRMED and Police have GONE ON RECORD to state that the FBI DNA tests, and results of "the body farm" (previously leaked, now confirmed) are accurate and they are looking for a dead body.
The local6 report is the ONLY news source that is reporting that UNNAMED deputies aren't willing to confirm.

OH I added quote that while you were posting. I think it leads to confusion for some.semantics. watching how he says things for the trial. or shoddy reporting by the sentinal. he's confirmed it in this sentence.
