If you're interesting in the Gosnell verdict, Fox News has a reporter there and they're covering it.
Thank you!

I came across a report (dang it, don't have link at hand) from the camera recovery forensics that stated that a total of six nude pictures were recovered. Two of Travis and four of CMJA. None were described that showed them both together. We've seen the two of Travis and two of Jodi. Based on the two we did see, the other four of Jodi are probably just as well not seen. lol
I think the assumption was that they were having sex that day (and I agree). But as far as I know, there is no in-the-act photo evidence.
But I still come back to the same place. If Travis believed Jodi was scamming him or going to blackmail him, why take the pictures? If you knew your girlfriend was slicing your tires and stalking you, would you let her back into your house and then take more pictures to give her even more evidence to blackmail you with? I'm stuck on this point because it doesn't make sense to me. Even if Travis was a total horn dog..... This woman sliced your tires, sent a vile email to someone you dated, and you bonk her? I'm confused.
Thank you!
And forced sex is well within the list of characteristic behaviors attributed to women who stalk.
While I will acknowledge that Travis had succumbed to her sexual enticements in the past, his email of 5/26 and the conversations he had with others during the final weeks of his life lead me to believe that he was not a willing participant in any sexual intimacy that may have taken place that day.
Guess you can tell I was relying on comments here and never went to look at the photos. It's probably dumb but I've been reluctant to invade TA's privacy more than it already has been. Thanks, Emmi.
When he talks about the horrible panic filled death Travis endured, gasping for breath, it should seal Jodia Arias' fate.
She really IS an odd cupcake...even about the simplest of things. She said she doesn't tithe because she doesn't work...so she tithes a portion of what she SPENDS in the commissary....WTH? It doesn't work that way, JA. You tithe a portion of your income...I wonder how much she has tithed via her family, from the 'artwork' she's sold? I bet my hat, NONE.
There were 6. Two of Jodi, two of Jodi's........hummmm....private parts?, and two of Travis.

My bold. Life without parole would be--uniquely--hell for Jodi? And, that it would be a hell for her, is yet another sign or confirmation of her pathology? Well, then, colour me crazy, because I don't think I'd be happy with a life sentence! I, too, would dream of going out to dinner or of sitting on a park bench sipping my favourite cold drink.
Life without parole is punishment, remember? It is, by design, meant to take away one's autonomy, one's ability to call any shots. It is meant to be hell. To point out that Jodi wouldn't like this situation is, actually, to make no point at all--except to say that, in this way, she's no different than most people.
Lol, Jodi, if you don't work then that money in your commissary account IS the tithing. It was tithed by someone else so your penniless butt could eat Skittles.
Lol, she's bragging about tithing other people's money??
Taking the death penalty off the table was denied, but I don't think they've ruled on the videotaped deposition.Has JSS ruled yet on the DT motion for videotaped Victim's Impact Statements? I thought I saw that it was denied, but now I can't find where I read that.
KatieCool...if you're with us...
Do you know if Travis's family is planning to sit in court during the aggravation phase testimony? There is a big part of me that wants to mother them and tell them it would be best if they do not listen to this testimony.
The whole purpose of this is to let the jury know that Travis was aware and suffering during this unimaginable slaughter. It will be graphic and very detailed.
The fact that he was attacked first in the bathroom and then had his throat slit on the carpet at the end of the hallway, along with his defensive wounds shows that he tried to fight off and escape the attack. Those last two pictures with him bleeding on the floor were snapped in two different locations; one clearly shows tile as the floor and the last appears to be the carpet area. I agree with the DT saying he was not dead in the next to last picture as it shows tile and the blood from his slit throat indicates that this blow happened on the carpet.
It will be hard for anyone with any ounce of humanity in them to listen to this testimony. I hope the family spares themselves of this experience, which will leave little to the imagination.
Sounds plausible. And then he ushers her out the door. He goes upstairs to take a shower and She retrieves gun and knife and whatever else from her car (possibly), re-enters the house, goes upstairs and surreptitiously begins taking pictures of him in the shower. We know the photo when he definitely sees her as he's showering. While all of this is only surmising it sure "feels" better than some of the other possibilities we've been asked to consider.how about a compromise? my theory is he was freaked out when she showed up. had no idea she was coming. she did all the things lil buddy thinks she did. it was late, they were tired. he agreed to let her stay the night. wakes him up with sex. he goes along with the program thinking 'man, if i can just get her out of here, i really am going to have to call a lawyer or the police about keeping her away!' he knew he'd never be sure she wasn't going to just pop in, no matter WHERE she was living. so he wasn't happy but thought he could handle it and get her out of there peacefully.
little did he know that wasn't going to happen.
Ok, mine is also pure speculation. I think she already apologized profusely and showed up with the rope promising him his fantasy of tying her up. Yes, I think it's possible that the rope existed, but she brought the knife.
