Polygraphs aren't admissible. Why would the defense file such a motion?

I looked at that twitter feed. Sorry, can't find it but I'm not going to scroll through a hundreds of pages of an anonymous twitter feed. Does anyone have anything credible to link?

Polygraphs are admissible if it is stipulated to by both parties.

I dont believe this statement is correct. I remember in the opening statements and closing statements JM stated that there were pictures of them in the sexual act..... that would mean there WERE in fact pictures they had that they did not release or show.

I really dont think JM would lie to the jury about that.

I don't believe that "lazy eye" has anything to do with mental health issues. It's a fairly common condition caused by weak eye muscles. I've had a lazy right eye since childhood and had surgery in my early twenties to correct it, but my eye still wanders outward occasionally when I'm overly tired.

I suspect that she called him or knocked on his door at 4am, with a sob story on how she was driving to Utah and she was too tired to keep driving, and too broke for a hotel and, 'oh, babe, could I crash here, please?". While there's no actual photo of sex occurring, I have no doubt they did.... just the KY sitting on the bed itself to me is enough proof. Circumstantial proof is still proof. It's possible but let's be real - nothing Jodi Arias says should be assumed to be the truth and this is no exception IMO. As for the KY jelly I disagree it proves they had sex. To me it looked like a bottle of KY.

Why didn't she offer to "settle" with just letting her go free with self defense--according to Jodi's theory, this would be a possibility.

Just because she threatened to lie about pedophilia and battering doesn't make the prosecutor jump to give her what she wants.

If she was smart, she'd drop the abuse stories ASAP--the jury did not believe her. If she keeps bringing it up, it will only serve to annoy the jury. They found that she premeditated this murder--it was no self defense.

And I couldn't believe that she was still pushing that "I returned the gas can to Walmart & got $13 and change for it." Are you kidding me?! She's stupid.

That pic of TA on the bed with the "peace sign"... looks more like a hand gesturing her away from him or saying "just get out of my face, ya weirdo" Not angry, but impatient or placating a loon.

My issue with that pic of him in the bed is...

The only pic of TA in the bed that day that I've seen only one I know of unless some not released is that 'peace sign hand gesture pic' AND you do not see all of him.. just side from what looks like headboard BUT HERE'S THE THING..

If you look at pics of bedroom that would have JA standing against wall off side of headboard in corners next to nightstands.. Odd angle for sex play photo shots??

ALSO you don't see his entire body which always leads me back to the piece of duct tape found by the washer.. just seems something was not right.. I also feel that JA being a "Professional Photographer" <coughs Bullchit> would she not have tripod that could set up timed pics? Just sayin'

Duct Tape could have also been used to silence him from calling out to roommates when she first got there at 4 am??

Absolutely I do. Whatever she did to him he was threatening to expose her for it and tell everyone she/he knew exactly what she was.

She mentioned in an email (per Chris Hughes) that she needed to talk to her attorney. I think Travis threatened her with either legal action, or calling the police on her. I think it freaked her out enough to kill him over it.

'Settle' odd terming.. Makes you wonder if in her past she 'Settled' other legal items OR was master of Fraud Lawsuits to get $ because settle is not what you'd say but more plea or even negotiate a deal but definitely not settle!

The State couldn't recover everything that was deleted from the camera & Juan said there was a videotape of the sex that was not recovered. Still images were able to be recovered--but Juan did say the video of sex was not recovered.

You are hinging your belief that the photos were "faked" by something Jodi said? And that thing is what I bolded above?
You do not think Jodi said that because it supports her claim that she was not there at that house? You do no think she was just desperately trying to come up with something that could give Flores "reasonable doubt"?

It wasn't what she said to Det. F that I referenced. It was what she said in court to JM, and it had nothing to do with her first or second story. So, no.........it had nothing to do with her claiming she wasn't there. I absolutely believe Travis did not want nude pictures taken of him. For starters, why would he want her being in control of that? By this time he knew she was capable of doing some pretty underhanded stuff.
