HLN now saying JA being moved from the psych ward to the jail.

Good to hear.
So the Doctors @ the psych jail must have found that she is at least not a threat to herself enough that she can be moved back to the regular jail (perhaps still with suicide precautions at the regular jail).

So, beyond anymore shenanigans and fake ploys by JA -- she should be back in the courtroom Wednesday.
Onward with the next phase!

Could it be that there was no KY at the scene and she saw it in the photo when DF showed her a few pics?
I am one who believes that the sex photos were taken at a different time and she retook them that day, they match up with one of her stories or sex tape. So she had to make up a story of purchasing it?

The only reason I can think of for her to have taken photos of existing photos with TA's camera (does that make sense?) on June 4th is if she was trying to "plant" sexual photos on his camera for someone else to find. Then she ended up killing him (plan B?) and so had to delete them. Still, her hair was brown in at least one photo, so I don't know how that fits in.

If you go to 'Case History' there is a reference to the defense asking to be able to include the results of a polygraph test.

This has to be one of the most perplexing, if not THE most, things about this case. I don't think we'll ever have an answer.

I agree that it doesn't "seem to fit" with what we know about their relationship leading up to that day but it doesn't really throw me for a loop. I have too many single friends and have listened to too many rants about "I hate him, he's evil, he's a psychopath," (yes, that exact word) only to get a giggly phone call the next day about how they spent the night together last night.

I've observed 'anecdotally' that, generally speaking, women are about relationships and men are about sex.

I remain surprised at how little flak I continue to catch over that statement.

The demographics of our WS community might be the answer to your question. As a man, however, I would have to point out that it is a gross generalization. In my experience, emotionally healthy people need and want both.

I can't wait for Wednesday because Jodi does not want to sit through it. That makes it awesome. She's afraid of Travis' family & what they are going to say about her. She has this delusion that people think she is a smart, successful, beautiful young woman who had a bad experience.

The truth is that we think Jodi is a hideous creature who is subhuman. I hope the family lays bare the whole truth about our Jodi Ann.

I have been reading her on and off today. Vinny Politan said Breaking News.
Jodi Arias's mother was turned away from visiting her daughter today. The reason being she is being moved back to Estrella (sp) today.
I hope that means everything will continue on Wednesday morning.

Why do the media insist on sensationalizing everything? Their statement implies the mother was not allowed to visit Jodi when in reality she couldn't see JA because JA was not there! She was enroute back to Estrella. Why can't the media just say it simply and matter-of-factly?
