Yes, we've been given good clues as to the present state of the Arias mind. The closed custody cells at Estrella are reserved for those dangerous &/or unpredictable. Everyone here has been speculating about her behavior, hidden from us since the KSAZ interview. Obviously, she has not been a model convicted 1st° murderer. She may well have had a problem containing it last Thursday, just as WS thought.

I think Old Joe and the court is done with her shennannigans (wha..? no spell check?). They want her packed up and gone to Perryville ASAP.

... and punched a wall ... if Jodi comes into court with one of those wrist bandages on her arm we know she got dumped and that's the real reason she ended up in the psyche ward.

Does anyone know if they can sedate her for court .. I thought they could, but did a quick google search and couldn't find anything ..

They were filming for several months I believe, the way they cut it made it seem very abrupt but she had obviously been there for some time at that point.

If I comprehended one article correctly, it's the inmate's behavior inside that gets them to Closed Custody, not the types of charges/convictions. If I were to guess, she did have a freak out at some point over the last few days. Poor girl. Not.

Jodi knows every single member of Travis' family and all his friends have her number, and they have been forced to remain mute throughout this trial but now they will be allowed to speak. They will publicly state things that will truly expose Jodi for what she is (she is not yet aware that she has been so exposed for a long time already) and she cannot accept that anyone from Travis' life will be allowed by a court to speak fondly of him. I believe she has, since the verdict, probably thrown a number of fits over these victim impact statements because Travis being remembered with love will further negate her claims.

Victim's statements?

If it happens, aggravating circumstances phase, where the State has to prove cruelty for JA to qualify for the death penalty. Each side has opening statements, Dr Horn will testify, at least. Defense can rebut, then closing statements.

-Jury deliberates to determine if they proved cruelty.

Stage 3 is victim statements.

-Then, if I'm not mistaken, jury deliberates as to sentence (DP or not).

please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I agree .. her normal acting out / coping mechanisms have been all but removed from her, she can no longer focus on the trial or hope, she cannot play with individuals housed along with her sexually, or emotionally .. she has been in isolation for 4 days with the only the worst possible scenario to dwell on. She will no doubt need to be heavily sedated for court on Wednesday.

Nah, she just pulled off 'The JA double secret probation padded cell spy mission' to see if those accomodations would suite her highness, at least on a rotational basis. I wager she'll be rather chipper and busy with the crayolas come Wednesday.

Upon reflection, maybe after failing to out-manipulate McNaughty, Jodi would just stick her with a shiv a couple dozen times.

I could see that.

When I watched that show, McNaughty was just the type of person I thought woudl have a "problem" with Jodi and Visa-Versa.

Wherever Jodi ends up, there will be someone just like McNaughty that will be ready for the challenge of the "Jodi-master". Wish we could be there for the show when that happens.

Maybe we will get lucky, and a TV crew will be there taping another prison documentary and we will see it on a future episode.

What makes me think Jodi is going to be good at making "shivs"? Could it be her stealing and hiding pens? :floorlaugh:

Lol, thank you for this!!! My Mom has been on WS all day under my name and told me quite a few of you wonderful WSers have posted responses to my question last night!!! I love you guys...still feel like crap but promise tomorrow night I will go to a 'care on demand' office after work! I have been on such strong steroids for over a month you would think they would have kept my lungs nice and clear!?!

Actually Karma, steriods increase your chance of infections. It is why they give steroids to transplant patients. It inhibits the body's natural antigens which produce antibodies. Get to a doc and feel better.
