I really don't want Juan to use the post verdict interview for any of the sentencing portion of this trial because I'm afraid it will confuse the jury & make them second guess themselves on what the sentence should be but BK just mentioned him using the voicemail. I would be all for that. I should clarify that BK doesn't have any idea if he plans or needs to use the interview or the voicemail.

I have a question, if prisoner #2013 gets life without parole does she still get to stay in general population?

This #2013 has got to be erroneous because in 1976, they were in the #37400's as far as Prison Id's in Arizona. Who's saying her # is 2013?

Dated a truck driver that had a Saleen Mustang.....can't stand them. My last Mustang was a 67 fastback.Wish I'd kept it but traded up to something faster...a 69 Chevelle SS 396. Course, gas was cheap then.

My DH's first car was a '65 fastback. Which is extra cool since that's the year he was born. We go to car shows quite often and he still gets misty over the Mustangs......

Of course, over the weekend he bought a BMW 350ci! So I think he is getting over his loss. :facepalm:

I dont think any state keeps a surplus, they sometimes have to borrow from other states. We've got a guy due for the needle in aug, I'm sure "Dow chem" could mix up a batch if needed. Right?

County jail. Maybe they number separately by unit rather than the whole facility lumped together.

When she goes to prison her ID number will change.

This is DIFFERENT. This is not a Patient that we admit. THIS is an inmate. There are more factors at play here. First of all do they have Staff and Transport back to Estrella Jail!

It might be as simple as signing off on moving a convicted killer. That takes time! It might be simple red tape and not her Psych stuff

IMO prisoner # 2013 lost her rights to a birth name on the day she killed Travis, so I'm temporarily giving her a number which is all she is and will be for the rest of her life. When I find out her assigned number I will use that. Is that cool with you?
