I get why he wants to defend his profession but it seems like he's arguing about standards of treatment in a civilian setting. Jodi's in jail. It's different.

Poor Dr. Drew. He really comes across as quite naïve. I remember an evening, long before this trial. I can't remember what he was discussing but he said repeatedly that he was so nauseated....he looked flushed...I wanted to send him nerve pill or a strong shot of booze. I imagined going to see him and coming out shaking and geeking....I don't think he'd make me feel better...:floorlaugh:

For all he knows the ONLY reason she was kept in the nut can over the weekend was that they don't transport garbage between facilities on weekends. He's acting like a fool.

He seems like a sincere guy but something about him just sucks the life force out of you....he takes himself too seriously.

The "P" is part of "P.O. Box (insert inmate #), sometimes written as "POB####"

Just type in last name, initial and Male/Female.

Just watching parts of Travis' memorial on HLN. So, so very sad. Can you imagine how jealous JA must have felt being there seeing and hearing all the tremendous amount of love and respect so many people had for him....it must be eating away at her. My first thought was MM, (because he would never betray her) but I don't think you could say she "worked" with him in her case. She seemed close with JW, so maybe it's her.

JW a good bet. Read the court minutes for the day after her conviction. Nurms and JW speak with JSS, alone, for under 5 minutes, then their client is called in, sans JM, for a sit down with JSS. No doubt JW joined Nurms in asking that the murderess be evaluated to see if she was competent enough to go forward. CMJA doesn't like or trust Nurms, but maybe she actually believed she had suckered JW, that the girly giggle shows with her were for real, not just JW playing to the jury.

Last week, right after Jodi got admitted to the ward, Dr. D came on his show heii bent on demanding that Jodi had a legitamate serious mental reason that she was going there. He began jumping out of his seat screaming at everyone right as the show started. It was incredible.

I was screaming at my TV.....NO Dr. D, she is being admitted because she just happened to mention wanting DP instead of LWOP. He was trying to convince everyone until the nice handsome gentleman disagreed with him, and then he fought with him about it. The lady guests had to to kind of agree with him because he scared them so much, they had to agree with him.

I remember that. He was lunging at the screen, lol. He kept insisting that she couldn't fake/pretend/bluff her way there and his medical colleagues would talk with her and not admit her simply for saying she preferred the DP over LWOP.

He said there are standards by which each person is measured and if JA didn't meet those standards, she would be in Estrella jail.

He wasn't getting it that just by saying she would have ultimate freedom in death was enough to get her in there.

And the "nice handsome gentleman" is my secret lover, Mark Eiglarsh.
