If this gets to the mitigation phase, what mitigating factors do you think there are to convince the jury that Jodi can be rehabilitated? The only factor I can think of is that she has never been convicted of a crime before. Is her mother going to say that she can sing, trace pictures, write poems, and do headstands for the other convicts? Whatever the jury decides, I hope the prison system doesn't decide to put her to work in the kitchen where she's around all the knives!

She can't be rehabilitated and that's not what constitutes mitigating factors. Anything and everything can be thrown against the wall in an effort to save her life. And I'm sure they'll drag in anyone they can who has something nice to say about the murderess. Pretty much anything goes.

Jodi in the psych ward? Sounds like a ploy to stick it to the jury and let them know that THEY did this to her.

I don't think she anticipated that the 'side effect' of her little television performance last night would be getting stripped down and hauled off to the rubber room. I have no doubt that she went absolutely bat **** crazy on them when they showed up to relocate her.
