This is interesting! It would also clear up a question I had in my mind. I noticed the land he owns in NY was purchased when he would have only been 18-20 years old...If he was in to building cabins at that age, it would make sense that he bought this piece of property in a rural area around that time.. I was really scratching my head about that one.

Again, my work in that field has been in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Most of those have turned out to be the case. I am relatively new to America and I'm not sure how crime really works here other than organized syndicates. My apologies.

Akmama, I have also asked about GPS tracking. I even sent a packet with applications you can use to track a phone unbeknownst to the user of said phone. I was then informed that the APD has the cell phone and tracking is not an option. This was the second week of the case.

Wait a sec... Are you saying the APD specifically told you they have Samantha Koenig's cell, that they specifically told you this 2 weeks into the case? I don't remember this ever being released in the media or from police interviews.

When I interviewed JK he said that DT's father and him were friends and he has been nothing but help in the whole thing. For the record I don't think he is involved.

IMO, if he is truly friends with him, then he needs to be just as thoroughly investigated as well. That's a fact.

Huh? I am certain - 100% certain - that the FBI already has his background history, including family, and that they had all this info before his name was even mentioned in the MSM. This is a federal case now, not just state, so no news involving this cat's name would be released without the approval of the fbi. If so, then the MSM outlet releasing such info could jeopardize the case in hence would be subject to reprimand in a court action for interfering in an ongoing investigation, possibly even one in which a young lady's life could be at stake.

I agree. Looks like your average guy from years ago. This pic was loaded on March of 09 but it looks more dated, like maybe from years before. I wonder when this pic was taken (with the pooches). Also, in picture where he says he built a cabin with his sisters in ME, notice the pic next to it he states he finished that log cabin when he was 16 - in Colville WA. Sooo, where did he grow up then?

#1 VIDEO / REPORTING of SK being missing. I'm nearly certain that the way this happened was based on JK's reporting to LE. My GUT (so IMO) says that initially JK and DT figured that SK had gotten picked up by someone else / gone out partying / whatever. The next morning something changed that made them believe there was much more to her being "missing". A text ? An email ? A rumor ? Just the fact that she hasn't answered ? Leads them to the coffee hut, saying SK didn't make it home.

LE views the video and says no suspicion of foul play. Hrmm. That's interesting.
With 24 hours LE changes their tune to possible abduction. I think LE changed their stance based on information provided by JK and/or DT. They tell LE they have reason to believe she was taken. LE looks at the tapes in a new light, sees a reaction from her and decides to be prudent.

JK OBVIOUSLY has had a theory or idea about what happened to SK and he believes she was taken for a personal reason. Evidenced by his pleas on facebook / letters. JK clearly thinks he knows who did this and he thinks he knows exactly why. I think he's right.

#2 There are way too many potential "bad" guys in this case. LE has to be looking every direction and getting darn dizzy while doing it. We've got gang members, drugs, hell's angels, disgruntled X boyfriends, current flimsy relationships, notorious strip club guys offering their club as reward (?) .... and now some random construction worker pops up? What are the chances that this is an infatuation / psychopath kidnapping with all that history? I'm betting about ZERO.

#3 Israel Keyes ~ I realize that the only public charge right now is access fraud. There are supposedly also "sealed" charges. Charges don't = guilt.
Unlike most, I DO think the access fraud charge is related to SK. For me it's too coincidental that LE suddenly reports "We have reason to believe Sam is alive" ... then poof within a few days they are arresting someone on access fraud. To be that seems to scream that LE believed that Sam was using her card. I think it's possible that IK ended up with SK's credit card as "payment" OR possibly for "materials" on a job. It's not uncommon to hand a home contractor a credit card to go get materials for a job. Especially if it's someone you had worked with before. And it's not a reach to believe that someone couldn't pay him for work...said we have no cash, but my girlfriend/sister's/wives card has room on it ... just take it and use it for what we owe you. He didn't have to be aware that someone with SK's name was missing. We, at websleuths are aware of the names of the missing, but your average joe is NOT ... by any means.

Or it's possible that he was the one to kidnap her and that's how he got her card. But I honestly think he's too smart for that. He served 3 years in the army. They know how easily things are traced / etc. IMO if the access fraud charge is because of SK's card, there is no WAY he was the kidnapper.

In the end, I don't think IK has any idea where Sam is and sadly, I honestly don't believe ANY ONE will ever know what happened to her

As far as I can tell, through MSM we have not been able to know for sure if she indeed HAD her belongings when she left CGE or if she didn't. I guess it's possible that she had some of her belongings but not all of them...but that also seems strange.

If LE have her cell as Chrome has stated, wouldn't it seem likely they also have her purse and the rest of her things? Wouldn't her cc be in her purse?

I believe I read that JK said that SK had been clean for almost a year, and wasn't it last fall she was hanging out with CB? I watched his videos on the web, and I was surprised if she was trying to stay clean ,why she would be hanging around a man who allegedly sold drugs, and was driving him around? Could be wrong on the time frame, so please correct me if I'm wrong! Just don't understand how someone could say she was staying clean, but driving around a drug dealer???

I think it may be easy to fool people into thinking you are "clean" especially when that is something they WANT to hear.
And maybe deep inside JK knew she wasn't really clean.
Or, maybe he didn't want to admit to others that she was not sober.

I agree with whoever mentioned that often people don't consider weed when saying they're "clean."

I was curious, does anyone remember from the reports if she was still driving for CB or if that was in the past and had ended with the allegations?

Something I find interesting is that on an old yahoo hit for his (IK) business, he states 24 hour service. He's a 1 man shop. 24 hours? Really?

I also would think a lot of people would have noticed them walking down Tudor Rd. Its a busy road, and it was cold and snowing, they would have been moving pretty slow if they were walking in the snow, or have been right next to the road to be moving quicker. I always notice people walking in the snow because it makes me kinda pause and be like "that really sucks!" This year there's been a real problem with snow removal so driving lanes were pretty tight, you notice people walking, and I don't think he would have been slowly stomping through the snow banks with her.

Looking at the map They could have walked the back road, cut threw one yard got on 45th street and walked the side roads in there.

They said they walk west if they cut over to 45th then to cordova st there's a big wooded area in between 46th and 48th (from the map looks like 4x4ing tracks in the woods) not only that for this route but less then a mile from the the stand same route international self storage units..

I honestly believe that Daddy or LE put money in her bank account because they saw the card being used and assumed it was Sam using it and she had run away, but perhaps IK booked a flight with the card and they were able to trace it to him that way?
It's possible he was given or found the card, but I find it very hard to believe that anyone living in Anchorage hasn't heard about Samantha. Her name would obviously be on the card.
