Here's what I have in my notes:

3/25/20 Update: Application for first bail review hearing. Hearing set for 4/1/20. And Discovery hearing on 5/4. 4/1/20: Shaun M. Sehl, attorney on behalf of Alaska Office of Victims' Rights (Victim advocate). Confidential info sealed. Judge Kevin Saxby reduced McQuade's bond to $10K CASH bail, with a $50K unsecured bond. Also includes a requirement that McQuade purchase a round-trip plane ticket & sign an agreement waiving his extradition rights. He will also be required to be on 24-hour location monitoring. If he's able to post bail, an additional hearing will be required before he can be released in order for the court to approve the electronic monitoring arrangement. Next Discovery hearing on 5/4.
4/1/20 Update: Temporary Order Per Judge Saxby: $10,000 Cash App & $50,000 Unsecured App + PED w/EM

The last update on 4/1 - is what it says on the court site - can not make out "what" +PED w/EM means?? But don't know if he came up the the $10K CASH!!

I know! Especially after he’s lived his nice respected life to his ripe old age with zero consequence. The only thing I can think is if the case isn’t rock solid? She was seen chatting with 4 men & Mr. DNA is claiming consensual sex. Did they ever find “Pinky”? They’ll need more than dna to convict here imo. Idk what else they’ve got.

Judge reduced (4/1/20) to $10K CASH bail & $50K unsecured bond & 24-hour location monitoring.
New advances in DNA. GEDMatch & “genetic genealogy”. Admits to having sex with Shelley, but denies killing her.
In Oregon awaiting extradition to Alaska which could take weeks or months.
