Found Safe AK - Wilsa Ahgupuk, 41, Anchorage, early Sept 2018

Wilsa M. Ahgupuk, 41, was last seen in the area of 4th Avenue and C Street. Her phone has since been shut off and she quit posting to her social media accounts on September 14th which her family says is very unusual. Wilsa is described as a 5-foot-3 tall female around 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
