We may never know but, with VW driving, it seems likelier to me, that CW might have been holding the gun and I wonder if the final swerve wasn't VW getting her finger on the trigger, pulling the gun away to shoot herself.
Could this all be a felony elopement? Maybe neither of them had designs on a future, a happily ever after, but wanted to die together, as husband and wife? Did their research fail them and a 4-day waiting period forced them to stay put?
If there's an afterlife as VW may have conceived of one, is she surprised to find herself there alone? Suicide pact denied.
What in the world was the end game? The thrill of it?
Abandoning a car in a roadway, another in a carwash bay, I don't get it. Breadcrumbs for LE? Was it a game? Why not abandon those vehicles in remote locations? They seem to have had the next car in place....
I hope, if there's a shred of decency in CW, he will lay their plot bare.
He's done enough damage.
