Really good article regarding their disappearances.

"Theories regarding the disappearance abound-from the men being murdered at the party to an execution-style shooting in a Blount County cave. A few strands of human hair fished out of an abandoned coal shaft led to speculation the men had been dumped there. The one constant in every theory was that moonshine played a pivotal role."

I have cousins in Alabama named Brasher. I wonder if they are related to this man. I'll try to remember to ask the next time I talk to them.

I have been researching this case for about a year now. I have traveled almost all the roads / areas they would have taken. There is even a gentleman who saw the Ford 4 green car Alec drove in an embankment on or near Mulvehill road near Happy Top when he was a child. This case absolutely devastating to me and it's so close to home. PORCHLIGHT has alot of info from family members. There is an older magazine called Front Page Detective magazine with the cousin's mom so sad. I appreciate all the cases and information. My first post

That link no longer works. So was it expected there would be moonshine at the party? Were these three men accused of stealing it  for the party or at the party? Are there several caves in Blount County? If the men were murdered, more than likely there were multiple folks involved. These three must've had a history or connections to someone in the moonshine business, for that to be such a prevailing theme. Just some thoughts.

I live in Blount county not far at all from where they were last saw in Morris and yes Blount county does have several caves throughout the county we have 2 just in my neighborhood and I know where another one is. And then we do have one that is now a state park so I would think they would have been found in that one.
