Since you are new here I'll explain. Sometimes posters get a 'time out' because they break the terms of service or simply 'the rules' of the forum. In fact even asking about someone on a time out is against the rules. The rules may seem a little tricky at first, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. JGM is a new character in the mix mentioned by BW's father (WH) on the FOX10 facebook page. I think this is a new connection to the case...diretly connected to WWH, DH, MWK, DK according to WH (BW's dad).

They are some new jagged rocks in this cesspool case.

(a few posts back I mentioned the father is currently posting...)
