I am just looking for confirmation on what has been reported by CNN and others. More importantly, I would like to know whether "a few days ago" means Sunday after he killed her children or a week ago.

I know we are not going to hear from the members of the jury that let him go-but I really want to know-what made them come back with a NG- When 2 people fingered him as the shooter!

They need to get this monster off the streets, and fast. if he is capable of shooting an old man and two innocent children, then he is capable of pure evil. I hope they have an idea of where he could be hiding. What a pathetic <modsnip>

my guess is not to tip off what area he is suspected to be in. They may know within a 30 mile area but not the exact location. If he gets tipped of then he will be dangerous to the public. No way they would keep the car quiet unless they have a pretty good idea where he is, or for public safety.

Assuming that this guy did not pack a suitcase, he likely has nothing but the clothes on his back. Would he be able to get some clothing and personal items from a friend or family member or would he need to buy that stuff at the local Walmart?

If he is holed up some place, I would imagine the last thing he is worried about right now, is a smelly booty, dirty hair and fuzzy teeth.

This reminds me of one of those situations where the perp isn't brought in alive.

He has resisted before, a defiant nature.

I bet he has quite the juvenile record that is sealed too.


I know the DA Charlotte Tesmer. She is also the DA in the county I work & reside. She is new but she is a no-nonsense kinda woman.


I'm glad they wasted no time and have charged him. Calling him a POI was a joke and everyone knew it, including the perp. They had nothing to lose by charging him. Likewise, the perp has nothing to lose either. He knows he is facing the death penalty. Just hoping no one else is killed before this is all over.
