At one point, there was some interest in an underground structure during the search of the property. ABC 33/40 observed a tarp or blanket covering the entrance of the structure while investigators were inside.

"Charging documents against Bailey say he committed the alleged crime on Sept. 10 in Fayette County.

The criminal complaint states Bailey “failed to report a missing child by delaying to make or failing to cause to be made the report with willful and reckless disregard for the safety of the child and the child suffered serious bodily harm or death, to wit: physical injuries to the child and the child was removed from the home and taken to an unknown location and no report was made by any resident of the home.”

Also I can't believe the little girl was buried while her mother is still in critical condition. So many strange things going on here!

I’ve read the mom is in critical condition, I’m not sure if that’s why they buried the daughter. Per this article, the Dad was driving 92 MPH.

Interesting. I hadn't really seen much rumor out there on SM about this case. I hope for an update from LE soon. Feels like they know quite abit at this point - except the exact location of little guy.

dogs were on scene but the article I read didn't specify that they were cadaver dogs. Given LE also had shovels on the property they were searching I think it can be assumed but ...

John Bailey, Kahleb’s grandfather, remains jailed for failure to report a missing child. His attorney has filed subpoenas for records of all calls of service to the house from the sheriff’s office since January of this year. That attorney has also requested all investigative files and reports for the family related to an investigation initiated in 2024. That investigation is for possible child abuse and/or neglect.

I am concerned when I blow up this photo that is alleged to be Kahleb and his big sissy, Ryleigh.

Does Kahleb appear to be all bruised up to anyone else? Looks like a goose egg on his noggin, a possible black right eye and what looks like a scab on his cheek? The expression on his face reminds me of Aliayah Lunsford :(

Is it me or does it appear like another London and Blake Deven situation? It's truly sad how children can disappear in thin air without anyone noticing the difference and it breaks my heart.

I think that is in reference to grandpa John Bailey - as far as I know Pam Bailey remains in the hospital uncharged and we've not heard one word from her or any person speaking on her behalf.

If he was even in the car to begin with. Odd that dad was driving 92 MPH in a 45 MPH zone, in the rain with everyone unrestrained. That's over TWICE the limit. What was he running from? Was that poor child even in the car with them, or was that what dad was running away from? JMO.

the driver was going an estimated 92 miles per hour in a 45 mph speed limit zone, while it was raining.
