I saw on one of the feeds a lady holding a small girl with pink pants and an aqua hoodie, in the doorway. Is that her? The lady holding her had on a gray hoodie, standing next to another lady with a hair wrap.

I have no clue why there are children around that apartment door but people cheered whenever a small girl was carried out. I don't think any were Cupcake.
