We need a PC - now media is back to saying they got official word from Jefferson County Sheriff she has been found.

Not the first time msm has taken a rumor and run with it !

What made it worse, was apparently a member of the family confirmed it.

We don’t know where this person got their information, but they would have been an important question for the reporter to ask.

If they got it from law enforcement, then it’s likely true. But that doesn’t appear to have been the case.

This link has consistently said she has not been found that there were cheers but they had no idea what they were for - they sent a reporter to ask and LE said she has not been found.

Is it possible she's been found and family wasn't supposed to tell? I suppose so but again, the first protocol would be to get her in an ambulance to preserve evidence IMO.

He did just confirm to news reporters on the scene. At first conflicting reports, but she has been found safe.

I hope they take down a whole bunch of criminals in the process.

WVTM13 reported that LE received this tip and were on the scene around 10:00 am the apartment complex is SW of downtown Birmingham approx. 15 minutes.

Still not confirmed that Cupcake has been found.
