Going with the flow here. There are so many coincidences. Nonlinear laterals:

After being arrested and read his rights, Croll reportedly admitted to calling in the bomb threat in an attempt to stop the game because his friend was about to lose a big bet.

Croll waived extradition to Baton Rouge. On Wednesday, Oct. 16, Croll was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a $100,000 bond.

Sounds like they should’ve put money on the Tigers instead! :p GEAUX TIGERS!
Just had to get that in there! Carry on!

With vanilla extract I hope. Gives it a bit of a kick.
Vanilla Tequila from Mexico would be far superior to vanilla extract, claims a friend...

Why let him bail out before the DNA evidence is in?
Because the bail was set for whatever he was charged with, not kidnapping. So he managed to pay his bail. Presumably it would have been much higher if charges were kidnapping.

  • #565
Because the bail amount was the bail amount. He hasn’t been charged with anything in relation to this particular crime, so there’s nothing the prosecutor could have done.

Apparently they don’t have enough yet to hit him with charges for Kamille’s kidnapping.
Still was a pretty high bail, $500,000.

Yea Im going to delete my last theory because its not even close. Thanks.

I guess I keep trying to think of possibilites where she can hopefully still be alive. Its such a sad case right now. I so hope she can still be found alive.

Yes, I think I already know what the consensus of opinion would be.

Hello folks.
Thought I’d give some local insight.
These are rough neighborhoods, folks do not talk to LE. Snatching an innocent child is likely to get you shot street justice is likely in store for the POI released earlier today. He better hope bpd has a tight trace on him.

My initial reaction is the dad could be bham’s next homicide victim. The cops know more than they have let on to. This isn’t a money grab- the animals in bham or bigger kingpins have something to settle.

The location of abduction makes little sense ie not near her normal residence, but they could have seen an opportunity or tailed the mom.

Cousin “watching” the kids referred to as auntie, is typical of inner city bham. These kids are raised with no parental oversight and unleashed on the community, a lot the time they are developmentally challenged with infant crack coccaine meth disorders.

The body found earlier isn’t off normal- could be OD indigent or just another in the long list of bham homicides.

Sorry for the long first post- we are hoping this little girl is found alive. Moo
Welcome aboard, nice to have you here with us.

Thanks for the um, bleak post about what it's like to live there. I don't think that would be my 1st choice of an area to live myself and it seems a bit of a scary place to live, if you ask me. I am sure there is a lot of good there, too, though. Sounds like others do look out for one another.

Thinking nothing of it, could it be because he knew the car and people in it?
Had it been strangers I think most 11 year old would go running to their mother that someone just took their sister. And most mothers would immediately call police even if it ended up being a false alarm.
I’m going off very recent abduction cases here with delays. They ended in foul play. All by people close to the child. Moo
The brother was there???

I believe that’s her mother - Cupcake’s grandmother.
Which one? The one who ran after her and told her to calm down or the one who was sobbing?
I haven't seen the interview with both the mother and daughter.

Local here too. Agree with almost everything you posted except the POI released today might be fine from that form of local justice. My guess has always been that he’s not involved so that would offer him some leniency although someone could go rogue and pick him off for being a suspect.

Dad...lots of stuff there but again, don’t think he’s in the crosshairs. Mom...Cousin..more likely them but not because they are involved, just irresponsible. Still think neither though.

Body in Zion City is normal, didn’t suspect it was our victim though. Even though it might be close geographically, as the crow flies, but not really in how you drive their from Tom Brown projects. Zion City is in close proximity to lots of industrial and any homes around there are mostly shanty’s and bulldozed vacant lots.

PS: be careful what you post and I suggest you read the rules. Everything I posted the first day here was deleted because I was unfamiliar.

My summary/observations of the above video:

I do feel so bad for this family. I wish they would talk to the press more when ready. At the same time, I don't think that either mom or dad were ready or really wanting to do an interview when the reporter approached them for this fb live video.

MOO.

thank you so much for that summary - I have no speakers right now to watch the video so I sure appreciate this

I feel so bad for them both and all the rest of the family

The greater Birmingham area is a polarized economy. You have the VERY nice and the VERY..umm not so nice, down right awful. Not much middle class affordable housing close in town. Most of those people are living in distant suburban areas.

Jeez this neighbourhood seems like a different world away from Birmingham. How far between are they?
