Found Deceased AL - Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney, 3, kidnapped from birthday party, Birmingham, 12 Oct 2019 #4

So far authorities have searched 4 main areas.

First, the site of the kidnapping, the Tom Brown Village housing community.

This is where police have set up its mobile command center.

Then they searched the Woodside Condominiums on Roebuck Parkway.

There police found the blue Toyota Sequoia listed in the AMBER Alert.

Monday, authorities searched the Parkway Villa Apartment Complex in Center Point.

We're told this location was connected to one of the two persons of interest.

Those two individuals were charged with crimes unrelated to this kidnapping.

One of those persons of interest, Patrick Stallworth, was released from jail on a $500,000 bond for child found on his phone.

The other person of interest, Derrick Irisha Brown, is being held with no bond for probation violation and kidnapping in another case.

Then finally on Wednesday, police descended on Marland Apartments on Jefferson Avenue.

After searching there for hours, Birmingham police, with assistance from the FBI, came up with nothing.

On Sunday, police plan to do a grid search in an area where another person of interest is known to frequent.

Birmingham Police Department: The Birmingham Police Department announced earlier today that there are plans to perform a grid search in the kidnapping investigation of Kamille McKinney. It was also announced that we would accept community volunteers to aid in the search. After further planning and evaluation of the chosen search area, command personnel found that sufficient volunteers and personnel from the BPD are already in place to perform the search. Thanks to all those who have contacted the BPD to volunteer and others with plans to assist with this operation. The Birmingham Police Department will continue to keep you informed of any major developments in this investigation.

Yeah this to me screams of “we want to appear that we want your help in these matters but we really we don’t at this time, but we’re going to act like we need your help searching because that’s just what people naturally want to do”, moo, JMO. Like I said before, essentially a type of “crowd control”, moo. I could be wrong.

If there is a CRITICAL search area potentially related DIRECTLY to their suspect, they’re not going to send a bunch of amateurs in there unless they don’t have the manpower themselves, or it’s a very large area, etc, and they’ve reaaaaaaalllly gone over that area (which they did say they are doing), IMO yes we’ve seen LE sponsor and direct community assisted searches, but really if this place is a major area of interest they will have all their persons there and not let anyone contaminate or disrupt it. I would guess they have the qualified manpower for this available.

I'm not convinced there were any other children around at that point. It's been said that the party ended at 7:00. This was nearly an hour later and dark. And also not in the area the party was held at.

Well, there must have been other children around because it was apparently children who told someone about the man with the candy. Also, there was an eleven year old who saw the man put Cupcake into the SUV.

I was wondering about her placement in any vehicle. Only because of the shoes being left behind.

I have read before that in child abduction cases the perp can quickly change the child's clothes, but they dont usually change the child's shoes because shoes are so size specific. So look for the shoes on children when looking for an abducted child.

Just wondering if the shoes were quickly thrown in the dumpsters I see in the parking lot, so shoe identification on KM would never be an issue.

Does a grid search mean the Sunday search will likely be in an outdoor area - a park or similar?
Seems fairly logical, to me, that a grid search is most suited to an outdoor space.

I am still not ready to commit to “deceased” at this time. Of course it’s very likely, but this imo cooooooould be just “one of those cases”. There’s always the occasional “Gina DeJesus” or “Elizabeth Smart” or “Jaycee Duggard” or “Abby Hernandez”....maybe this is the “toddler version”. It could happen, again IMO depending on who exactly were dealing with and IF this has anything to do with abduction for the purpose of financial profit from child . Someone just might want to “raise someone into this industry”. Again could be your avg classic pedo abduct assault and kill. But IF there are multiple people involved, there may be a chance she is being kept alive IF this is some sort of ring. Jmo

Now I’m going to be very specific on technicalities. IIRC, I remember when that piece of information came out and it was when the photos of the vehicle on the road were released, before PS and QJ were arrested. In that specific quote by @PommyMommy that I’m referencing, iirc, it was not stated specifically that it came from the 11 year old. Although I do believe this to possibly be the case, that it did come from the 11 year old, I want to be sure we have that definitively in quote if stated as fact my friend.

And if we do find such a quote (hard to keep up with every single thing here, it could exist), I would think the witness would be able to differentiate between a white and black person as I mentioned, even if it was a child witness and even if it was dark, particularly in what appears to be a predominantly African American neighborhood.

Normally I am veeeeeery cautious when it comes to witness descriptions; I personally believe they are highly subjective with room for much error. (The Oprah purse snatching experiment nailed that one for me many years ago). But if it was a child who saw a white woman, or at least even “person” (genders can be tricky sometimes with long hair, etc), I’m not ready to discount this.

Did it mention a white woman in the Amber alert?

Imo...i definitely think the 1st guy is in on it. It's just too coincidental 1 would follow the next. It looks like the 1st person is holding something in his/her arm. Idk if its the quality of the video but the 2nd person looks like a white guy to me.

To me it looks like 1st guy is holding cell phone out to his right and looking down at in when he first comes into view.

Be prepared for what you may find and imagine trying to explain that to your child. They also propose safety hazards, all kinds of stuff.
