You had me going for a few minutes. That camera is mounted on the side of the house, I believe. If you'll compare the awning structure on google street view to the video released by LE, you can tell how much the video is zoomed in. Notice the one leg you see in the video vs the two in street view. That zooming in, along with the night vision is picking that car up on the street at the end of the path. That is definitely the correct house where the video is from. Notice the low fence beside the higher fence to the left of the truck. All IMO, of course.

No, the camera is mounted on the very back corner of the green house ... past the driveway gates. The driveway gates could not possibly be in the released footage (imo) if the video comes from that camera. But the driveway gates are in the released footage.

I truly think the released footage is likely from the video camera across the road from the green house - because that camera could include the green house driveway gates - as per my post #1274.

Yes, I have been wondering about which video camera took that video.
The driveway gate of the green house would not be in the video if the video came from the camera on the back corner of the green house. imo

But, looky here ... right across the road from the green house is a camera that would also look right in that direction. I think it is possible the video may be from that camera. And the video footage is very zoomed in, hence its ultra grainy appearance.

Not on MSM to my knowledge. I saw a comparison elsewhere to Dad's shirt and a blur on the video. That comparison gives weight to not allowing SM here because there was zero accuracy/credibility to it.

oooh, that would actually make a lot of sense if that’s the case. Because I agree the daycare center and green house part of the video matched up but I could not figure out why the camera was just not matching up with the video I was watching of the kids and 2 guys. It was starting to frustrate me.

You make a very valid point, it is definitely not on the back of the house. However, I do not think it is across the street--way too many trees there. My thought is still mounted on house, just toward the front, in front of power meter. That camera is there to watch that truck. Those particular trucks are a high theft item.

Yes, very possible that the green house has since installed another camera at the side of their property facing back there. Google streetview is from 2015 - 4 years ago.
Definitely is not from that back corner camera. imo

And LE did mention that it was very zoomed in so it's out of focus. Imo

Yes, it bothers me that the across-the-street camera IS very far away, for a camera.

I agree with you ... a different camera location at the side of the green house. One closer to the front of the house. Not the camera location we see in the old streetview. (They could even have moved the corner-placed camera to the side of the house to capture more of the driveway).

However, I wonder if that across-the-street-from-the-day-care camera captured vehicle movement on the night of KM's abduction.

we've seen innocent people be absolutely TRASHED on social media, their lives ruined, harassed at their workplace, sent death threats etc.

With all due respect to the policy makers here I completely and wholeheartedly disagree with this. If my wife or daughter are abducted I would want my comments broadcast over the biggest loudspeaker in the world. Maybe it’s just me but I would welcome anyone quoting what I had to say while enduring the absolute heartache of dealing with a missing loved one.

I was thinking this with the angles though. Blue being the camera and angle (dot is on the church-but it could even be from the front of the daycare since it’s in the same path) and the purple being the shed thing that the truck is parked in. But honestly- my brain is mooshy so I’ll probably take a break. I guess a couple feet one way or another doesn’t really matter though. Just wanted to get a sense of exactly what was going on.

ETA- added picture. My brain is officially malfunctioning.

Sunday grid search for Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney turns up no sign of the missing 3-year-old girl

Birmingham police and Birmingham Fire and Rescue, along with other undisclosed agencies and volunteers, began a grid search at 1 p.m., said Birmingham police spokesman Sgt. Johnny Williiams. The search was conducted in the east area of Birmingham which extended about two miles, he said.

The area was just north of Springville Road near Huffman Road. The search was completed at 5:30 pm and did not produce any evidence to help the investigation, Williams said.

No additional information about the grid search or the ongoing investigation has been released.
