Yeah I would suspect if it were the two POIs they already brought in for questioning why release the footage. I think person #1 is connected in some way for sure, even more so that they haven’t came forward to squash any doubts of wrong doing. Or maybe they have? We just don’t know enough.

I just don't think the first person walking by looks like a woman. He doesn't even look to be an overweight male. Maybe a large build, but not obese.

The second man looks larger to me.

Anyway, LE said they are looking for the first man who walked by, who is a POI.

They already know who the woman suspect is.

I don't think so - it seems to me they are being evasive about identifying just who frequented the area and caused them to search there IMO.

This woman very possibly has something to with CC’s disappearance. We need to know everything there is about her and her specific actions, ESPECIALLY things like this, imo.

Aren't family court proceedings kept private?

It's probably not DB but I'm not ruling out that it's a woman. There's a reported white or light-skinned woman out there who hasn't been identified.

Anyway, I may be reaching but I do think it's possible. LE obviously can't get a good look at the person either or they would have identified him/her by now - and wouldn't have asked for the public's help.

This case is so dumbfounding I still can’t believe it. It’s just unfathomable that someone could waltz through the projects and snatch a little girl without drawing some kind of attention.

I took this shot from google earth showing the estimated distance the girls would have walked to be in full view of the party. 75 FREAKIN feet, that’s all! I estimated and marked where the party was and the closest area a car could be (red ? marks) in the direction the girls walked. It’s also SOOOOOO close. UGH, but yet so far.

Or it could just be they released the footage to jog someones memory that night to say oh that was her (DB-POI) seen at that specific time, in that neighbourhood. Bearing in mind she wasn’t even on their radar in the beginning, maybe they just don’t have enough evidence to show she was there with PS the night of the abduction and are hoping someone can positively ID her...

Thanks for this, v. helpful. It is so close but yet so far for 3 yr olds to be out of sight with no supervision. Am I right in thinking a get away vehicle would have to have been parked in either one of these car parks and the suspect(s) would have had to walk all the way around - that’s strange in itself tbh. Where on this pic is the cctv angle? (Forget that question I suspect it is the blue arrow)

Not sure if relevant or not, but in August of this year the FBI worked with local law enforcement in BHAM and Jefferson County to bring down a large human trafficking ring. Victims were 16 and up.

Everyday I read about human trafficking happening in our nation. It seems no town, city or rural community is immune.

I was horrified to learn we are now number one in the world when it comes to humans enslaved into human sex trafficking now.

I read an article last year that happened in my own state of Georgia. The human sex trafficker didnt have them hidden away in some poor section of town. All 8 victims were being held in a grand upscale two story brick home in an upscale area in an Atlanta suburbs. 4 nice SUVs were in the driveway along with the very well manicured lawn.

It shows that many are now hiding in plain sight in many areas they wouldn't expect to be in.

Imo, they are infiltrating all areas like cockroaches, and the law abiding citizens around them as neighbors have no clue as to how evil they all are.

I'm so afraid that beautiful sweet Cupcake will never be found, either dead or alive.

We have thousands of missing people who are never located nor do we know what happened to them either, and by whom.

It convinces me more than ever with so many missing children, minors, and adults of both genders, there are many more stranger offenders involved than we like to think.

Until ALL of the missing is located or all murder cases are solved by arresting the suspect we have no clue what statistical category any of them will even be in.

However, when a young child has been kidnapped, and later found murdered 44 % of the time the perp is a total stranger to the child. 42% will be an acquaintance, coworker, neighbor. Etc.

Only 14% of offenders were family members, including parents are the least likely of all to abduct, and kill the child.

Also it's common for kiddie to be viewed by the offender.

Every child abduction, missing person case that has been solved here on WS the perpetrator has been a family member or known to the victim all bar one and even then the culprit was known to the child’s father...

Stranger killings and abductions just seem so rare in comparison, I struggle to believe it is coincidence.

What angers me is that one day you read in the news about several men/women being arrested for a sex traffic ring, with promises from the reporters that their names will be available as soon as they get that information. Then you wait for days, weeks, months, and not another word again about these varmints that were arrested and the businesses that they allegedly were using for this. We had such a case up here a couple of years ago, and a couple of us have tried finding the old articles about it, and wouldn't you know, they're no longer available to read!

Jumping off this, one would think QJ might/should talk, maybe turn state’s witness, get a deal or whatever but the fact she is completely denying any of this says:

A) She is really not involved.

Or

B) Whatever they’ve done with Cupcake is really bad.

Meaning, if they passed her off to some loving family she would say so. Or if she was alive being held somewhere help LE locate her. If she’s involved, whatever the crime is it sounds like it could justify major jail time even with a possible deal, moo.

Go back and look at her mugshot. Her face speaks volumes.
