After watching that video with the Mother’s family, I got a really bad feeling about their overall vibe but a strong feeling that Cupcake is still alive. IMO

This is just sick, if any of this is true. If it's not, it's sick that anyone would make up crap just to hurt others who may be innocent of any wrong doing.

Finding this child, preferably alive, is the only thing that matters to myself and others here and elsewhere. Let LE and CPS sort the rest of the crap out.

I just so happen to be on a long road trip and staying in Birmingham tonight. Came in off 22E. Around 8:30 pm. A k9 police car passed me about 45 miles outside of Birmingham and just outside of the city I passed two sets of police sitting in median of highway parked both directions either looking for something or looking for speeders. Also had a sheriff whiz by me as well.

Was hoping for good news. The info elsewhere is hopeful to me that she may still be alive.

I'm guessing the POI have been released by now... will be interesting to hear what they have to say about that if they do a PC tomorrow. Doesn't appear they are booked on any unrelated charges either. I also wonder if they'll release the names. Seems like half the world already knows who they are anyway.

LE don't release names unless they are charged. Occasionally we see them come out and publicly clear someone who is getting harassed... but that's not common. I don't think we will hear names from LE unless charges are filed.

Or if they were named as suspects rather POI than right? Please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm genuinely unsure but just something I thought I remembered from past cases I followed. Or would they not name them as suspects anyway since they are already in custody?

I disagree. The most obvious motive is stealing a child to sexually abuse/traffic/murder. So many parents think their child wouldn't go with a stranger. So many parents are wrong. IMO.

That’s also a possibility yes. Sometimes they release suspect information and ask for people to come forward.

Yeah, she’s a little three-year-old girl. She didn’t have any say in the matter.

I just hope that she is truly alive and well. That's the best that we can all hope for at this point.

Who took her is anyone's guess. I still have a hard time believing right now that this was planned out- how did they know that Cupcake was going to be at this birthday party, when she wasn't even invited to the party that she attended in the first place?

Isn't it odd that she was taken when she was with an 11 year old- just how did this person or these people know that she was going to be at a place that even the adults in her life didn't know she was at?

I just don't know what the heck to believe right now. I am just so angry and dismayed at all of this.
