The only game with any interest by people in Birmingham last Saturday night was LSU vs Florida. NOTHING like the interest if Alabama or Auburn we’re playing. I have not seen any official reports about parents watching a game, just unofficial ones on SM.

I think it was Kids Birthday Party and a Football Game on TV at the same time.

The 8:30 pm time is what is making me think that if there was a child's party, it was over early and the adults then decided to party.

Anyone who is a parent of little ones will know how quickly a 3 year old can run off .
Mom of Cupcake drops her off for the party.
Did mom's cousin know she was supposed to watch her ?
If so, was it understood that the older child was to keep an eye on her ?
Some hard questions, I know.

It's just that it seems like this was preventable.

Yet if cousin was not aware Cupcake had been dropped off ; or the 11 year old had to watch too many kids himself and lost track of Kamille ... maybe not preventable , but bound to happen ?
As in --- there were too many children to babysit, and the people there at the party and football game couldn't be expected to watch all of the children who were present ?
About how many adults at this B-day party ?
And if the 3 year old's mom and her dad weren't there, was this cousin considered a responsible person ?

Sounds like Cupcake was very unsupervised... Wandering at will. ^^^

If I was her mom, I'd have gone to the party with her -- too many things can go wrong when your child is watched by others-- there are even some relatives whom aren't always the best choice. Including children older than 3 years.

So, in other words, if you locate Kamille AND the Perpetrator(s) who have her and they are arrested but get a really good defense lawyer and aren't ALSO convicted, you apparently don't get the reward.

If they are arrested and convicted, that legal process could take months or years. So you wouldn't be paid anytime soon it seems. And that payout would depend on the prosecutor's abilities in the courtroom moreso than your ability to identify the perps or locate Kamille.

A 6k reward (compared to Dulce Alavez's 52k reward) but an arrest AND conviction is a stipulation.
