If I was her mom, I'd have gone to the party with her -- too many things can go wrong when your child is watched by others-- there are even some relatives whom aren't always the best choice. Including children older than 3 years.
Sad but true.

Something tells me that Cupcake wasn't initially invited to this party.

The child charges against Stallworth are not related to Kamille McKinney - but a separate case. The second person of interest is Derick Brown, a female, she is charged with a probation violation @CBS_42

Brown was originally charged with kidnapping. None of these charges are related to McKinney’s disappearance. Investigators are still calling them persons of interest.
