Here’s a thought that has been on my mind since the beginning. It very well might NOT be the case but wanted to mention it fwiw if I haven’t already.

I’m wondering if there’s a chance that the photos on PS’ phone may indeed be of Cupcake but they didn’t want to reveal that. There would be no reason for the public to need to know that, especially her family. This would obviously have been worthy of further charges but if they were keeping him under surveillance they could’ve been watching him as they built their case.

Just a thought.

Anyone know what time the PC is? I assume they will have one to outline the charges as well as provide information about resources for community members, grief counselors, etc.

I've been worrying about this same thing. It's possible IMO. If the face was obscured somehow, LE wouldn't have been able to tell who it was.

As I was falling asleep last night I thought about how lucky I am, not to personally know a murder victim. Then it dawned on me, I know 3 people that have murdered other people. All women. Evan though I just knew them in passing it was a sobering moment.

Anthony said he doesn't know anything about the circumstances, the evidence, or the reasoning behind his arrest and added he hasn't spoken to Stallworth yet.

I chose this post to reply to, only because there were many other posts just like it on the past thread, and just wanted to share that it is good that most all of us cannot even comprehend or fathom why anyone in the world would ever do something like this.
It means we are normal humans with empathy for others and we can be thankful for that.

And yes, the people that do these sorts of things are true "Creatures, Monsters, etc." because they cannot be normal to be able to do something like this and live with themselves.

Let justice be swift.

I posted something similar - I do think this is possible but how in the world could he get bond if this is the case? I hope they release the arrest warrants.

Regarding when her body was found - I've heard and seen both Monday and Tuesday. Will keep trying to get clarification.

The Birmingham Police Department, along with the FBI, found Kamille’s remains inside of a Santek dumpster that had been parked in the Center Point area and later moved to a landfill near Warrior. Jefferson County Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates said Wednesday they have no reason to believe the remains are not those of Kamille, but said they will work today to confirm her identity. The cause of death is pending autopsy. She was pronounced dead at 5:16 p.m. at Santek Waste Services of Alabama on Barber Road, which is the old Mt. Olive landfill.

Smith said investigators have been sifting through about 12 tons of trash collected from in and around the Birmingham area for several days.

"Our investigators, along with the FBI, have worked tirelessly, 24 hours a day, to locate this young child and bring her back home and to hold those accountable who were involved in her disappearance ... and ultimately her demise,'' Smith said.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency at 9:29 p.m. Tuesday cancelled the Amber Alert issued hours after the abduction.
