GUILTY AL - Savannah Hardin, 9, forced to run til she died, Etowah Co., 17 Feb 2012

Will victim impact statements be read on the official sentencing hearing set for May 11?

If so will the Savannah's absentee father - Robert Hardin- read one to his murderous mother?

Savannah's father never took the stand and was only in court on the day the sentence was read.

He was never in court to testify on Savannah's behalf.

He also has a lawsuit against the hospital that treated Savannah so maybe involvement with the case would effect him making a profit off his daughters murder.

His mother was just convicted of murdering her granddaughter. That lawsuit is going to be a tough sell. Think it will be thrown out? I think so.

Wondering what charges might be brought against the step mother in Alabama.

Also wanted to share the latest adventure in my life ... broke my shoulder humorus bone doing yard work 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been much fun. Typing is difficult among just about everything else! Am lurking around but not posting much.

I hope so believe09 but I don't know what the standards in AL are for civil suits. It will certainly burn me up if he makes money from Savannah's death. IMO, his is complicit in Savannah's death. She didn't ask to be taken to AL and be dumped with Granny boot camp and the lazy excuse for a step-mother. RH is soley responsible for making that decision. He used and abused the courts enough trying to discredit HW to keep her from seeing Savannah and allegedly against JH as well. Not to mention, GRMC could have probably treated Savannah more effectively if not for the lies of JG & JH during those crucial moments when EMS arrived. GRMC didn't ask for Savannah's visit to their busy ER, she was taken there for treatment after being ran to the point of collapse and the reason THAT happened was because of poor choices made by RH. I am confident about one thing....GRMC has a whole lot more money and slicker lawyers than RH.

RIP Savannah! Your life mattered sweet girl!

Y'all need to check out the Justice for Savannah Hardin FB page. If the rumor is true, step mom has given birth to a baby girl....by another man....while still technically married to RH. Makes me sick! Just go read it. I don't want to get in trouble here by posting too much. EEK!

Neither one of these gross twisted women had any business taking care of this little girl. Her Father should have been there but... doesn't appear that he cared. He should have let Savannah's Mom have custody. I think he's a sick man and in the end IMHO.. Its HIS fault this happened. He must have known his Mother was a nutcase and he deliberately placed his daughter in harms way for his own selfish twisted reasons. I wish some charges could be brought against him as well.
