initially he was going with self defense per media reports of what his attorney said in court, unsure if he will continue with that as his defense now the Grand Jury has ruled on Capital murder charges

"Court documents state that Summer Tatum was five months pregnant when she was shot in the back of the head twice at the couple’s home on Sunset Court in Prattville.".

Shot in the back of the head. The hospital did an emergency C-section to try to save "Baby Everett", but he died as well.
