He was arrested on April 20, 2022 on rape charges. I'm trying to find details on that case but AL court record searches require payment.

Unless his daughter was the product of yet another rape, that means mom chose to date or at least procreate with this guy despite the April 2022 arrest for rape. :oops:

I hear ya. But I've heard of a lot of people that don't bother to check out potential dates online first. They should! In fact, I worked with a girl that dated, then married someone, let's say... undesirable. I knew because sleuthed him. She didn't know because she went with her heart (or whatever. lol).

I shudder with loathing and disgust whenever I hear about this. The fact that is occurs at all is abhorrent.

Cases like this, where there is no doubt who the perpetrator is, I still think cases like this should be fast tracked, do we need endless trial dates?! Hearings? On and on? If this case does go to trial, the jurors will be scarred for life listening about the trauma, viewing evidence.

Zero potential for Rehabilitation here.
