Oh, the thought of it.This is HORRIFYING. I can not imagine growing up and knowing that the reason that you have a disability is because of this.
I shudder with loathing and disgust whenever I hear about this. The fact that is occurs at all is abhorrent.
Cases like this, where there is no doubt who the perpetrator is, I still think cases like this should be fast tracked, do we need endless trial dates?! Hearings? On and on? If this case does go to trial, the jurors will be scarred for life listening about the trauma, viewing evidence.
Zero potential for Rehabilitation here.
I pity the person defending him too! He needs good representation so the conviction won’t be overturned and boy that’s a terrible and thankless task, unimaginable.Oh, the thought of it.
Re sitting a jury -- can you imagine each one of the potential jurors being asked something like, "Will you be able to give the defendant a fair trial?" or something of that nature?
IMO, getting a jury for this -- if it does go to trial -- may take quite a while. As it should, of course, but this one should be a real tough one.
And I pity the attorney who has to defend this person. SMH.
Indeed.I pity the person defending him too! He needs good representation so the conviction won’t be overturned and boy that’s a terrible and thankless task, unimaginable.
I hope they turn a blind eye to his treatment from others while in prison..
