She doesn't say if the car is actually in her name. If it is, report it stolen and the location to the police.

The police went with her to try to get her stuff and her parents would not let her in the gate. LE told her that it was a civil matter and it would have to be taken up with the courts. Whitney has started the process of doing that.

if she was not even allowed to have her own account, I sure she was not allowed to have only her name on any title.

She has been so betrayed by the people who were supposed to help her grow, so I wish her all the strength in the world; she'll need it. It looks like she has an inner resourcefulness though, that should help.
