BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A man with mental health issues has been reported missing.

Authorities said William Andrew Brown Jr., 47, last spoke with his family on Jan. 6.

Brown is believed to be staying on the streets in Birmingham.

Brown's family said he is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, has dark brown hair and blue eyes and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
