I was shocked to read this too.

The film’s prop master, Sarah Zachry stated that “Hannah was ‘panicking’ and ‘freaking out.’ Hannah began saying there is no way something was in [the gun] and it was ‘going to ruin her career.’”

Has anyone located any footage regarding David Hall? Apparently it was released as well, per MSM? It seems both AB and Joel were saying it was HG that gave AB the gun? Would be interesting to know what Hall had to say at the start?

His finger is right there, fully on that trigger and appears to be pointed at the victim. That conflicts with what he and his attorney and his AD have been claiming all along so far.

Im shocked they are showing this live footage. She’s dying. I can’t imagine her husband seeing this. As a spouse I would want to see it but gosh this is tough.

It’s further down in the article and it’s a full 3 minutes with the medics working on her. You can see the color leaving her face.

I don’t understand why this footage was released. What purpose does it serve to show medics worktop save her life? I think it would be very disturbing for friends and family to have this released.

The only thing I can think of is that it's required under their public record law.

Anybody with half a brain and a minimal knowledge of how guns work knew from the beginning Alec Baldwin was full of it. If that video is actually seconds before he fired the weapon, he has no defense. Nothing. Lock him up ASAP.

Hearing Hannah saying these things on the video was shocking. The worst day of her life? Worrying her career is over? Not asking about the condition of the victims? Yikes.

Yet she knew well enough that Halyna was at the very least wounded by a gunshot, and in the scheme of things Halyna's day was going to be far worse than Hannah's day. She already knew that it was no glancing wound, due to the abundance of medical personnel and law enforcement.

IMO Hannah is a very self-centered and peevish child, and one of the several people who IMO share the blame.

I know you and others know a lot about guns, and I know nothing at all about weaponry, but it looks to my laywoman's eyes that Alec's hand was on and not outside of the trigger at the moment he shot her.

Sheriff's Release of Info. Now???

New Mexico sheriff releases 'Rust' shooting case files, no decision on charges yet
Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza, who has previously indicated that criminal charges were a possibility in the case, said in a written statement on Monday that all files connected to the investigation were being made public.
He said those files included body-worn and dashboard cameras, crime scene photos, reports, witness interviews and other material.

W so much forensic work incomplete, seems release of so much info is unusual.
Sheriff also said "Various components of the investigation remain outstanding, including FBI firearm and ballistic forensics along with DNA and latent fingerprint analysis, (coroner's) findings and the analysis of Mr. Alec Baldwin's phone data extracted by Suffolk County Sheriff's investigators,..."

Does this release suggest that no crim. charges will be filed? IDK, just unexpected imo.

Ms Gutierrez-Reed denied bringing live ammunition onto the set. Previous messages sent during an earlier shoot speak to her apparent willingness to use them.

While working on the film The Old way, she sent weapons provider Seth Kenney messages asking if she could “shoot hot rounds out of the trap door”, according to the report.

“Wtf is a hot round?” Mr Kenney responds, to which Ms Gutierrez-Reed said: “Like a pretty big load of actual ammunition.”


The report says that Mr Kenney advised her to “never shoot live ammo out of TV or movie guns, and to only use blanks”.

“It’s a serious mistake, always ends in tears,” he said.

“Good to know, I’m still gonna shoot mine tho,” Ms Gutierrez-Reed replied.

After hearing her on the video Hannah does not sound mature enough to be an armorer MOO
