Aliya Payne was just 6 weeks old when her parents took her to St Christopher’s Hospital in North Philadelphia in 1979 for a fever. The hospital staff released the baby to an unknown couple in their 30s. The baby was never seen again.

This story has always had me in a chokehold. This incident has always been on my mind when I had my babies. Baby Alia is now an adult god willing . She has not been forgotten.

I can't read those articles posted above, but I can see one headline reads "Abducted Infant Rescued". Was this a different case? Because from what you said, I gathered that the baby was never found. So what was that article about?? Confusing!

The other article that was posted was about another infant stolen during that time frame, but at the Medical Center Hospital in Pennsylvania. The baby was rescued though..
