KFed's Lawyer says that after paying his bills (with $20K a month from Brit) - his client is basically penniless. He has no income of his own. Since Brit makes $735K a month that SHE should pay for all of KFed's legal bills.
So - is KFed asking for Britney to pay for him to sue her (and subpoena everyone in her life) for custody while airing her dirty laundry in the very public courtroom? IMO, if you cannot afford the lawyer to sue for custody then you should at least GET A JOB and have independent income before petitioning the court. Since when is it acceptable to hire a lawyer and make the person you are suing pay for him before a judgment is made?
I am not a Britney fan and I think she is trashy BUT K Fed wants custody of those boys with NO INCOME or employment of his own??? Is he doing this to insure Britney has to keep paying him to do nothing after his spousal support ends in November? I personally do not think KFed is a good choice either - he's a leech. What kind of father sits around with no job or no income of his own and plays with his fast cars and goes all over the country to nightclubs. He isn't exactly a good role model either - "Oh, boys, Daddy doesn't work or have a career, I used to be a dancer and a rapper but I am leeching off your rich Mommy now".
Britney needs help - she MUST find some legal counsel and advisors who can make her see she MUST do something and straighten herself out ASAP. Britney suffers mostly from lack of education, common sense and being "yessed" by everyone around her since she herself was a child. Britney is having a TANTRUM because things are not going her way and she is LOST she has fired everyone in her world that ever said "no" or dared to question her and now she has NO-ONE to help her or tell her how the cow ate the cabbage in a simple way she can understand.
Britney mostly needs to grow up and realize that she does NOT know everything and that she needs to get away from the cameras and get herself together. She has issues but she can overcome them if she is willing to get help and LISTEN to people who can help her. She is acting like a 12 year old with her favorite dolls, not a Mom in her 20's. She needs the attention and adoration and constant reassurance of the press and paparazzi and does whatever it takes to get that attention. And then doesn't understand why no-one likes her or supports her any more - and the more she is rejected, the worse she acts and the more FU and wild her behavior becomes. She craves attention and flashbulbs like a drug.
Neither KFed NOR Britney is a proper parent - I am sorry to say my choice if I were the judge would be NEITHER.
