Could Britney be suffering from bi-polar? Seriously, there is something wrong with her that she can't see that her life is spinning out of control. The other nitwits (Paris, Nicole, Lindsay) all seem to get that their lives are/were out of control and are taking positive steps (altough they are baby steps imo) towards getting their lives back on track. It may or may not work, but it seems as if the lightbulb has gone off in their heads.

I'm not making light of what Britney may be suffering from, I'm totally serious. Something is way off with her.

That's what I think too. When you imagine what her and the kid's lives would be like without the money she has access too, it's even more frightening.

I can't imagine as a Mother, and with Britney's past record, that she's going to take these new stories lying down. How is she going to handle the publicity about to come? Will this be her "rock bottom"?

I honestly don't think it will be. I sincerely hope I'm wrong about this, but I fear her rock bottom will be devastating and someone (she or her kids) will be seriously hurt.

I completely agreee and think this girl has some really big issues going on. She is in her own little fantasy la-la world about everything. I mean, including the photo-disaster she did with OK! to go and walk off with all those clothes, let your dog mess on a ridiculously expensive dress...she goes house shopping and eats tacos on the floor of the house she is looking at and leaves a mess? (tmz) She is filming a music video? What??? She refers to her cigs as 'mommy's lollipop's' and has Sean get them for her? That was I think from the Us article. Lord, have mercy. She not only feels entitlement, but she also has delusional tendencies if she still thinks she is hot. All of these stories and anticts are not 'hot'. Going into the ocean in your bra and panties is not hot, it's trashy. These stories circulating are not good for her and I think she doesn't care.
Personally, I think she wants to shock more and more. The more she can startle everyone, the better. She is dangerously out of control but she was already getting there. I mean, why did she choose to name her reality show Chaotic to begin with? Maybe she wasn't kidding? Who knows what they edited out?

"Chaotic" was just plain sad and beyond pathetic. It amazed me at how idiotic she is but that she thought she was so cool and deep.:rolleyes:

Britney has now completely settled herself into Michael Jackson territory IMO. Just think of the parallels: bad (or at least questionable) parenting; erratic behavior (swimming in the ocean in panties/bra); blowing through money without much thought to working. She keeps making noises about a new album and videos but that's been going on about 2 years now. Alienating and running off family and people who have been with her for years (Felicia, Larry Rudolph). She used to be seen with her cousin Laura Lynn but hasn't in a long time. She doesn't seem to have any real close friends anymore.

It really sucks being her right now.

That's exactly it. And if she continues to hurt herself, she is also hurting the boys. It's not about the pap's out to get her, or the public. Now, it's about saving her and them from more misery than she is obviously capeable of contemplating. She wants to talk about her Mom, karma isn't gonna be real kind to her at this point. It's not about whom did what to Britney anymore, it's about what SHE is doing. No more excuses Britney.

Surely people with Bipolar act out, can be impulsive, behave dangerously and many experince substance abuse but there is more to it then that and I have not seen Britney "act out" in the other ways that would point to Bipolar being her issue. Obviously, I don't know the woman and she may act out in the other ways when the camera isn't on her but from what I have seen, I don't think it's bipolar... I think it's the "ism's" that come with addiction.

She needs help but until SHE is ready nothing will help her!

i personally haven't found britney a "pretty girl" in a very long time. all the money, fame, the beautiful children......none of those can remove the trailer trash that she's become. OK magazine couldn't even print the photos they took of her because they were so bad. she once was a beautiful young lady that told everyone she was a virgin .... i thought it would wonderful that she would remain a virgin and a good role model.

well, i was certainly wrong and her downward spiral seems to have no ending. just when she shaved her head, i thought, ROCK BOTTOM...wrong.

now the trying to get a 2 year old's teeth bleached - i find she is a danger to herself and her children and pray someone steps in and saves them - she is old enough to save herself, if she wants .... they can't.
 
I find it somewhat Ironic that the big rivalry when she was first hitting the airwaves was with Christina Aguilara. Christina was billed as the "dirty" girl..Britany was to be the good girl.. the virgin etc. However in the end Christina now looks to have fared better than Britany.. she is married, in a stable relationship, parties occassionally but is not cuaght up in the trashtastic distasters that Britany seems to be unable to avoid. She is a contant source of headlines and in the worst way.. Christina on the other hand seems to be pulled together when out and about and never caught in the glare of a media firestorm of public censure the way Britany has been ( of her own making though)....
 
I have this theory that she will go away if we stop paying attention to her. Just a thought.
