LOS ANGELES - Officers are investigating how a sheriff’s deputy was injured as Britney Spears was leaving a downtown courthouse last week, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Friday.“We are aware that Britney Spears was leaving the courthouse,” said Officer Jason Lee, a police spokesman. “We are also aware that a deputy was injured, but we’re unable to confirm the details on the deputy’s injury because the investigation is in its initial stage.”

It is NOT Britney's fault we gobble up her mind boggling antics like movie theater popcorn dripping with gooey butter. She gives the paps SO MUCH material, these peeps are making a LOT of money off of her. The idiots in the department should have had areas cordoned off and arrested the paps who were in her way. INSTEAD, the morons gather around because they want their pictures in the tabloids. Unprofessional, and if I were Britney, I would sue the poop out of them for letting the paps endanger everyones safety like they did by neglecting to provide a secure environment for Britney. She wasnt trotting into starbucks(a voluntary endeavor) she was attending a court procedure(mandatory).

I think he got what he deserved, and they need to make sure it does not happen again.

They would both need bodyguards, that's no surprise to me. Between the overly agressive paparazzi and the crazed fans, especially with kids around, it just makes sense. And yeah, someone might try to kidnap a kid for money. And remember that crazy "Leave Britney alone" YouTube guy? Yeah, I'd want bodyguards for that guy alone!
